I used one last night and it did nothing. I used it on a white head. It was the original one. I’m trying again tonight. I will say they do make me feel better because I don’t mess with it as much when I have it on. So I do like that. I wanna try to one with the micro needles for sure!

Pimple patches are awesome cuz they cover up the pimple like a bandage. So nothing can touch it while you are sleeping. And while you are sleeping it is treating it while it’s being protected.
I’ve actually tried the micro needle one on my cystic pimple and been using it for a about 3 days straight now and it’s still kind of there but has gone down, I do notice a difference of redness but it does say to take breaks in between patches for a better affect

If salicylic acid is best then why not apply a cream like iodex or any cream with salicylic acid

you could but they definitely do work better on white heads, putting it on a cyst can help it from getting dirty or keep you from touching it
yes you can! i have struggled with cystic acne and these work wonders for underground cysts holy grail for me
