I love how these videos tell you that they're going to tell you something important and then you notice it's an hour long. just give me a five or 10 minute video please

Yes, just clips and a link to this one if we need to investigate for ourselves (which we should really). Throw a few shorts up on YT.

@DogFiles You can always go to "more" under the channel name, click it, and then look for Show transcript. It will show up to the right of the video and you can scan it for the parts you want to know about. Sometimes I just copy it and paste in Notepad to read it so I can skip some of the "gosh, you're smart" stuff which helps them converse, but drags out the listening for me.

My grandmother had Alzheimer's disease, she lived on 100 acre cattle ranch, my great-grandmother had diabetes then dementia, also lived on a farm. Neither did any structured exercise, even though both active and got sunlight. I do not know the depth of their diet. I am now older, so trying to stop this with me.

You don't have to run....just go outside and sit with your eyes closed facing the sun....or the light. I have had major sleep issues for the last few years, and the cooler temperatures first thing in the morning and closing my eyes and facing the light for 15 minutes or so, really helps me feel better, give me a better mindset, chases the blues away, and energizes me.

I find it very hard to warm up, and find it too cold to sleep. This is a reality for lots of people, and I live in a very moderate climate in Ireland. So try to study the real situation most people live in. Make your research relevant please.
