I LOVE HER PERSONALITY!! She is a ~bit~ too much and at times overdramatic, but too much is MUCH better than not enough, which is my main issue with the other new chefs. If Bon Appetit ever rebuilds it's past test kitchen crew, I really hope she is one of them!

I made this tonight and OMG it was so good!!! I was hesitant to add raisins to it, but no- that is a must! Made such a good mix of flavors. Really yummy!!

Her story is amazing, she is a fantastic chef, and just a genuine human being (despite being quite the intense Scorpio 😈 hahahaha) who’s willing to share her knowledge and make cooking restaurant quality food accesible, which is what this channel is all about. Happy to see a fresh yet familiar face on here!
