I booked my first few nights stay in a hostel maybe a week or 2 in advance but apart from that may be a day or 2 in advance, as long as it's not super touristy there will always be somewhere to stay!
Yes, I love Cambodia Laos and Vietnam, usually you can cross the borders but this is not possible at the moment so you’d have to fly between the countries. If you wait until the borders are open then this is a great and cheap way to do it!
Hi! :D I have a question for you. My friend and I are going to SEA soon, and we were wondering what's the currency we should get. We are planing to visit Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam And Cambodia. What's the best money we should have there? Will card do, or should we get cash? :D
Thank you, this was very helpful. I'm going to travel from june 25 to august 25 to Asia for the first time alone. But I want to start with a group for the first week, do you have any cheap tips where this is possible?
It is very safe especially in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam Cambodia, Laos be more wary if you go to India or Sri Lanka. I met lots of solo female travellers out there, they all spoke about it being safe and not bad at all compared to what they thought
It depends on what you buy, to be honest as you stay somewhere longer you will get more to use to what the real price is. For example a t-shirt they could try sell you for £10 but could probably haggle it for £3, but depends on how touristy an area it is.
Solid content. To the point. You’re a good videographer as in your Traveling with a Stranger video.
Awww thanks a lot Scott!
3:56 yeah I can tell mate.

planning to do that under 400 usd
How many hostels have AC and how can I avoid booking places without AC? I genuinely have trouble sleeping above 23C.
Good info mate 👍
how long before going did you book the hostels?? I’m not dure when to start booking!

In terms of haggling how do you know what’s a reasonable price to ask to get it for, it makes me nervous haha
