In 2005 when I jumped from tape and adats to Logic I wanted a mixer at the center, the software and computer inside. At least this has all the routing figured out.
Did he struggle to name drop and compare through this entire video? Faders are good cuz they fade good.. that’s what I felt like I took away from this. Eq does eq thing like the other thing.. lol
Wow...Honey 3 by Acustica Audio...nailed the way....their plugin...matches the Harrison Console....its a dark sounding Console.....you can even hear...how dark it is on "Thriller" I dont like the Tone of it.....its to dark.... I think the best budget Console is a Trident 66.....and the 88....warm...clean sound...best eqs..... Ive got the Sound Craft LX7II Clean but but warm and tight sounding pres...with a 4 Band EQ on each channel....24 Tracks.....Im making steller masters with Nebula, Acustica audio...my Rack gear and my SoundCraft..... Nice console...though...if your looking for that sound I thi8nk...you will get further...with a more neutral sounding Mixer with Rack Gear ...and then using Acustica On Master...to make diffrent masters...the deffrent Analog style you need for each song
I don’t know if it’s ever thought about our vintage Harrison as particularly dark. Even if it is that would just complement the harsh sounding music I’m recording 😂
Its alot of money...for that "Same Sound" over all your mixes.......something to consider.... API...and Trident....SoundCraft...and Allen heath.....are more useful...on all types of Mixes......

What a beautiful Board ✨
Sounds really great!
Wish I could ever get the chance to work on a console some day! ☺️
Great content as always
Thanks!
Yeah there’s a lot of workflow benefits, but everything can of course practically be done in the box.
looking forward to rack versions of Pre's & EQ's.
they did a rack of their Pre's, multi-generational - before previously closing.
Didn’t that rack have the EQ too? The 32cs channel strip
Very nice
Thanks!
Love it!
Manny 🙌
i gotta try one of those
Nice that the console speak dante!
Too bad I don't haha
Bring back the big good console again please!
Thanks for the video, cool proposal from a great company. Can you mention the price bracket of this new version?
If I recall correctly it’s about 100k. So not really on my buying list since I’m a one person business.
Well, is not on my budget anymore 🙂Thanks for the video@@hoborec, always enjoy them
@@borism68 thanks boris! Hope to see you again soon!
Yes Nice! they seemed to have incorporated a lot of the old with the demands of a modern recording studio.
Wish I could afford one haha
what a forward thinking beauty
Client: Coffee cup on console
Me: 💀
I always have a cup of coffee on my console 😅

😂 what else do you need a mixer to do?
@@hoborec pancakes. lol.. i just didn’t feel like he was a Knowledgeable spokesperson for his product. Wasn’t trying to be a dink.
@@ATBstudiopink haha don’t worry, I thought it was funny. I didn’t really think about it since I already knew what we were talking about.
WONDER IF THEY'D ADD FLYING FADER AUTOMATION..
$100k and no flying faders? Maddening
That would be cool!
it's what SSL did with the Origin.
Kind of expect them to merge, longterm.
@@BBfanfun as in, offer flying faders upgrade to existing consoles?
U did 1 thing wrong, the price!
Me or Harrison?
Harrison 🙈
SUPR ROCKIN 😍💢💗👍
🤘
