I love that you’re talking about mental health, I recently just took a 2-3 month break nails and it was the best thing ever I also got closer to God and it’s been the best thing ever 🥺
Girl it’s too important for people to not talk about the importance, I would hate to go through like being miserable like I was before, I had to put an end to it.
I'm a baker and I do hair on the side and trust gurl I have noooo problem telling people NO! I'm also a mom of 3. People need to understand we get tired and we need a break, no matter how long it is and ppl are just tooo much. So do take your time and take care of you and always put Jehovah 1st.

You don't know how much you have just helped me because I am definitely having to learn to trust God and trust the process. There are times that I doubt if I have made the right decision and then God sends me a reminder that I am on the right track
Same, same, same, it’s definitely not easy but the closer I got to God the more my faith grew because like you said he show me signs and anything I pray about always works out

I have not started taking clients yet because I am still trying to do and get the last things needed to function, but it is so hard when I am still working a full time job and money is really tight. The moment I start to doubt myself and my decision, God will have someone to either purchase an item, or he will make a way for me to get another step in the process done. Once I build up enough clients, I will quit my job. Eventually I want to purchase a building like you did, but I am taking baby steps right now. You were one of the signs God sent me one day. I was in tears saying ok God I hear you.

Thats good you took a break, I feel like ppl just work and work. Part of good mental health is getting close to jehovah god so I’m glad you done that for yourself. As far as the physical hurt sorry about your back. Something that’s helped me is to keep up with core/ab workouts. Even if you don’t work anything else out. The core is powerhouse of your body keep that strong it will keep the tension off your back i’ve felt the difference first hand. I have two kids and epidural leaves your back messed up. Hope this helps keep taking care of yourself 👌😘

I am about to stop doing nails because of the same people don’t want to pay my worth they want to pay $25 and no tip for a freestyle nope ain’t doing it no more! I have a Turo and Airbnb business that are taking off so I am going to focus o t hat. Honestly it is so hard because I love doing nails but I have to do what’s best for me my time is valuable and I enjoy my time with my family more then $25.
Yasss that’s definitely the way to go, I know even with Airbnb and Turo it can be challenging but it’s worth it.

I totally feel this!! its a struggle fr... people will literally pay hundreds of dollars for hair and eyelashes but when it comes to nails (being that nails is such a difficult thing to learn and the products aren't cheap and also the toll it takes on our bodies) people think it's too expensive? girl bye 🙄🙄 I don't know who said nails were cheap

Gym, walks in the middle of the day, taking weekends off
