I tried acrylic for the first time this weekend. I found that the acrylic just makes a huge lump. And its difficulty to get rid of. I tried to use more monomer to thin it out, it sort of worked. I do not know if maybe i am using too little monomer. I also found that my brush ended up being a big mess - i was using a dish cloth to wipe off on - did not know paper towel should be used. I filed down the uneven parts to make the nails look more level. They look fine for a first time attempt. 😂

Hi Natali.❤ Question. I heard buffing too much as a final step before applying gel polish can cause the polish not to cure properly. Is this true bc I am having a time w my polish not curing on the sides. Not sure how to stop it. Any tips?

I love your nails but I’ve always tried the ball method but it’s always so wet I can never build a proper apex so I tried another RUclipsrs application And was able to do it with a dryer application without flooding my cuticles
