Madhubani Paintings 'On The Verge of its Extinction'

A beautiful art which has a very deep link from our culture. An art which itself defines the culture of our country in a very beautiful and colorful way . Beauty of this art is its purity which makes it different from other arts. One can derive its age since it has been mentioned in the holy book 'Ramayan' and even in its portrayal it portrays mostly the scenes of Ramayan era or we can say that Ramayan in pictorial form.
But it is very sad to know that today this cultural is on the verge of its extinction . People of our country are forgetting its value and its importance . In one word we can only say that "It is known but still Unknown" .

When I checked this video, there are only 15350 views, 289 likes and 25 comments to this video. I don't see the future so I can't say whether Mithila Art will go extinct which no Indian would want. But what i can say is that the presentation through video is awesome. I myself resurrected childhood talent of drawing and I choose Mithila Art.
