The vibe of your videos is just so amazing. They always give you a good feeling. We obviously would've loved to join the Stouts festival 😂 Cheers from Switzerland 🍻
Very cool. You’re a human with vulnerabilities. That’s what we all want to see. I have a Panasonic S5ii. Been learning the different color profiles and modes. Fun to just experiment. Cheers!
Oh. One more thing. I just watched the last part when you talk about having lots of lenses and feeling like you need to use them. I was the same but now trying to go opposite direction to minimize lenses (to simplify my life) :) . I think the key is to buy a low aperture zoom and you’ll want to keep it on all the time. I just bought Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 and I can see myself using that nearly all the time. Only downside is it’s not very wide for handheld vlogging but good for everything else. I might get it’s counterpart the Sigma 16-28mm f2.8 then I’d be all set with just two lenses.
@@JoshPostVlogs The problem with lenses with low (wider) apertures is that they are heavy. A big part of why I just go for f4 zooms is that they're lighter weight. I know I might miss out on the bokeh but I don't think it's super important to me. The 20-70mm suits me just fine to cover most use cases.
This is basically what all my videos are but a little less vloggy and more reality show like i guess is the best way to put it. Just documenting my life and specific things I'm doing usually my adventures. P.S. Also team Sega Genesis 😂
Great use of your excess material! I like these little “diaries”, maybe something to do monthly? Just an idea haha 😂. Keep doing what you’re doing! Greetz Swen (shX)
Thank you, Swen! Yeah, I might do them more often because I think it's good for people to see what this camera is capable of in every day real life scenarios. I think people can only watch so many videos about camera specs, you know?
ah the classic, i need a second body for a second lens speech. currently at the same point. looking for a cheaper body to always have on me, but not watching to buy something worse than what i have. perfect logic.
I like it a lot. I prefer it over the 24-105mm. I think the extra 4mm wideness helps for vlogging and capturing tight spaces. I rarely like I need the extra 70-105mm.
You gotta start from the bottom (colour grading) before you slap a Phantom Lut. && Which Lens motivates you to shoot so far? 20-70 F4 or the pancake 50mm 2.5?
Love this!! Honestly makes me wanna just pick up my camera and make somethin, sometimes no plan is the best plan
SO enjoyable - these are great - definitely onto something, more please !

Haha one day we'll have our own Stout Night somewhere in the world! 🍻
I love that you've made something of this and put it out there - I really enjoyed it 😊 Edit to say I LOVE a bit of DDR (and Mortal Kombat!)
Thanks Rick! :) one day I hope to challenge you to a DDR duel!

The Panasonic S5 ii was on my list of cameras to consider! Looking forward to seeing what you create with it! Thank you for watching

Honestly, I love watching your life vlogs across these clips. Makes me feel like I'm back in Toronto
lmk when you're back! I'd love to collab again sometime 💕
Watching these videos of camera people in Toronto makes me glad to live in So. Cal. I HATE snow.

This was just so nice and chill
I like the Keith Haring art at 5:38. This was a very cool video. You have people who will come back to watch these.
Good eye!
I remember your very first video trip to NORWAY. Hope you are doing well. 🙂

@@BadSloucher exactly, you’re completely right about that!
This was so relaxing!
Keep at it!
thank you!

Thanks for sharing 😊
I have the same thought lol.. hence I got a camera for photography and another for vlogging. :)
Which cameras do you have for photography and which one for vlogging?
@@BadSloucher using zv-e1 for vlog and a7cr for photography 😃
Ah love your video’s ❤
Relatable!
Cute vid.. The GAS is so real i have the 35GM & 20G, both kinda impractical on a a7c ii, trying to justify some lightweight primes to myself atm
Might seem impractical, but if you enjoy shooting with it and the images are what you envision, don’t feel like you have you make it make sense
How you liking the 20-70mm F4?
$10 for a fucking ice cream?! Toronto is so expensive 😮💨🥲

Each lens motivates me for different reasons. But if I had to choose between the two, it'd be the 20-70 for sure.
