This was in the 'Up Next' after the 'Classic 1930s Orchestra Music To Brighten Your Day @Pax41'. Thanks for sharing this Bob, of all the hard work you put in, i really admire your patience.
ANOTHER One that Brightened My Day! MAN THESE ARE AWESOME! I Love Your Hard Work Bob! You sure have made a Wonderful Contribution to us! I Can`t thank You enough! You have helped put this Music out there for us to enjoy, Songs that We would have NEVER Heard But because of You! We Can!!
Your selections are an embarrassment of riches, which I cannot stop listening to. The Carroll Gibbons/ Johnny Green track (the same Johnny Green who wrote "Body and Soul") took me straight back to a romantic, distant, but always remembered afternoon of heat, on a deserted stretch River Ouse near Barcombe, in about 1982. A punt moored up under willows, sunlight on naked limbs still wet from sknnydipping, and this beautiful recording echoing out from my old HMV portable, across the still Sussex watermeadows. This music personifies romance. Thank you for reminding me of it.
Another glorious Brit set! Gems all, but my favorites are the Stan Greening, Jack Payne, Roy Fox, Ray Noble, Billy Cotton, the second Wilbur tune and especially the Gibbons w/John Green -- I love "Close Your Eyes."
Great set all round led off by that fantastic version of Miss Annabelle Lee. This set is a perfect eye-opener when you want to get the day off to a great start. These selections prove that 1928 was a grand year for great music. This is truly one of the best all-time sets; just keep 'em coming. All the best from Ukraine.
I was growing up with 70s stuff, but a lot of this vintage has a special place at moment! Influenced by grandparents and dad ha ha! Cheers for all this!
It is nap time before my 4 to Midnight job. Nope, I will not be able to rest with this selection. My feet will not stop tapping! 😅😅😅 will listen to when I get to work. 😄🎶👍
Great selection, many thanks for sharing. The final track is a George Scott-Wood group (The Six Swingers) with a vocal by Sam Costa recorded September 1st 1937.
I've built up a collection of this music over a short time from both sides of the Atlantic and surprisingly, I much prefer the stuff that came out of Britain.

The days when the horn instruments carried the tunes. I miss that in todays music dominated by drums and electric guitars. Great selection thumbs up
It seems that after the 1970's the horn instruments just about disappeared from music arrangements. Glad you liked this selection John.
I just find out this "TIME MACHINE" IS of this magnificent music..... it's my first time and I'm really enjoying. Thanks. 🙋🏾♂️
