GG man, that was crazy.
This was an amazing fight. You were on the brink of the death so many times on that last attempt, but you hung in there with extreme perseverance. I have a few more bosses to go before I reach Adam and, quite honestly, I am looking forward to the challenge. He looks fun to battle.
That's the spirit! As long as you have fun, you can beat every boss in this game haha.
That's what happened on my first attempt, too. I got bogged down by all the electric-stuff. it got to a point where there was just too much going on, and I choked, kept walking into stuff.
Died to him twice, now... Might get him next time, though.
You will for sure, he is a test of patience! I felt like I was playing Dark Souls or something haha.
Good job man! love to see new players and the way each person choose to fight the bosses. But i'll give you a tip about weapons, if you use the slashers you have 1 additional dash in case you need, so you just need to change from the long bow to the slashers use its Q and avoid more damage.
Indeed, Dracula was the reality check that I needed to finally change my build. I seriously had luck with Adam, the longbow build sucked haha.
@@AidenMist did you manage to defeat him? And are you playing Brutal mode or normal?
Oh yeah I have the video on my channel. After a couple of tries, I switched to the Legendary Whip, placed Blood Rite and Blood Rage on my bars, and beat him immediately. This is normal by the way 😄
@@AidenMist congrats! I've used the axe to defeat him.. And that's what i love in this game, there's no right way so you can use the weapon of your choice and still be able to kill the bosses.
That’s impressive! I couldn’t get used to the axe sadly.
A good way I have heard to deal with the lasers, is to use your spells on them. hit it with one spell, then just takes two hits to blow up.
I'm trying the chaos balls next, as if you hit it with both, they are destroyed. It's a slightly easier way to deal with the lasers... apparently the easiest way to do this fight though, just take 2 x defensive spells, and get all your damage from the pistols (also switching to slashes for i-frames and invisibility)
Yeah, I kinda went with the wrong build for sure. He is much harder than any of the previous bosses so I underestimated him completely!
@@AidenMist Yeah, at least with destroying the lasers, the bow was too slow.
a standard spell will destroy most of it, requiring 2 hits from your weapon... 2 hits from a bow is considerably slower than other weapons.
I'm going to try the chaos balls spells (the basic one) as both balls are supposed to destroy the laser, makes things a little easier to manage.
You can also run back to the lever, and turn the lasers off for the first portion of the fight... He will continually turn them back on, but it makes it easier to keep track of.
This only works if you get to the lever before the lights turn from red to blue, though... I've not tried it yet, just heard about it last night.
That was insane.
Doubt I'll be able to complete that.

With bosses that conjure adds, do you recommend killing the adds or concentrating on the boss?
Well it depends, if the adds are healing or shielding the boss, or if they do a lot of damage, yeah, kill them first. But in some scenarios where you can out DPS them and the boss is falling quickly, I would just evade the adds and focus the boss.
