Maybe have a random court oversee the Supreme Court by each state appointing one judge from each state to a pool that 10 judges who would be randomly selected for 3 years. This oversight board can punish Supreme Court Justices by forcing recusal from certain cases or giving them a three-case unpaid leave for accepting bribes or something. Impeach and convict isn't working like it should.

@meknotewe8155 Obama assassinated an American citizen who was accused of terrorism and then his teenage son was murdered as well without charge or even evidence. When an American President can muder citizens without due process than the constitution has already been thrown away with impunity. The duopoly only complains when it's the other side BUT that's just to give cover for the obvious fact that there's 2 sets of rules, 1. The Establishment is above the Law unless they are polically inconvenient & they don't have political skeletons to threaten, think B. Menendez who only did ol' fashioned BUT he did it the incorrect way by taking payments upfront instead of the proper way like The Clintons getting paid millions in speaking fees for taking care of interest groups. Then there's Gov. Cuomo who colluded with insurance companies to change safety laws in oldage homes so that they could all be shoved in together if they got Covid saving them millions at the cost of seniors who died alone for their greed. He was politically inconvenient BUT unfortunately he has many DNC skeletons as his family is a political dynasty, therefore a resignation for crimes considerably less egregious that served as a distraction of what could be credibly argued to be mass murder if it could be proved they fully understood the obvious results of placing elderly patients together with Covid. That's why its laughable to believe that the current SCOTUS is anything other than a continuation of business as usual. In fact, at least it rips away the veneer of legitimacy from corrupt court used to protect corrupt politicians.

It's not ratified. But they pretend women and men have the same rights. If that's the case women should go pit there and file a suit about differential treatment, like inability to walk out on pregnancy, inability to get the same types of treatments as men. E.g. treatment to stop the bleeding, expedient cancer treatments, ability to shot a robber that happens to be in their bodies and is trying to steal their resources or cause bodily harm. This is controversial only to those who see double standards. We are not exactly the same but we need both genders to make ours a great society. We can't ignore over half the population

Maybe if the Supreme Court did take all of 45 trivial lawsuits they might get something done for we THE people!

I’d like to see President Biden shut down the court and send them all home.
At least the court wouldn’t be able to cheat trump back into office and crown him king.

The problem is undergrads with throwaway BA degrees that can’t make a living that go to law school and come out dumber than they went in. Then to keep them from starving in private practice, their pals put them up for a judgeship.

There is no longer A Supreme in the high court. It left the building long ago. We are just now seeing it in full bloom. It was cooked and stacked and then we have this Mess with people who do not follow the rule of law, they just make up their own. SHAME ON THEM BIG TIME Another Thought, a person becomes a Lawyer to learn the rules of law but then has no problem breaking them, how can you ever trust them again?

Your supreme court is corrupt and maybe it's time to start acknowledging that instead of this rubbish posturing and weaselling. Boring and lame interview, you guys are so out of touch.

    Hope America understands it.
Kamala Harris need to win almost all the swing states, so as to prevent MAGA and trump sickofans no chance.

I am not familiar enough w the Tennessee anti gender affirming care law, but doesn’t this also apply to “cis gendered” people who are having medical problems associated with their own levels of hormones?
I know of kids who never started puberty at a reasonable age or whose growth hormones where either stunted out of the “norm” or who had out of out of control growth that threatened their health. Their families took them to get medical help.
Doesn’t this law also prevent everyone from getting this kind of help? Whether it’s to “transfer” the traits of gender, or just “maintain” the traits of an originally recognized gender?
