He is in the throne with long hair back centuries ago and then in present day he was wearing the white suit and had short hair
And the rings on his arms that look like they are from Wakanda are the ten rings (he has five on each arm)

Yes it was the Mandarin and that is also Shang-Chi's father and leader of The Ten Rings Syndicate a criminal organization, character in the cool mask is The Mandarin's general and right hand man "Death Dealer"
They're making the Mandarin Shang-Chi's father in the MCU as opposed to his actual father in the comics. Honestly, I love the change, considering The Mandarin is one of my favourite villains and Shang-Chi's father is very similar to the Mandarin already. But yes, the man on the throne was the Mandarin

That looks dope, I honestly can't wait. Other than that, I would love it if you guys reacted to Joe Santagato's Idiots of the Internet, it has I think 15 parts and they are so funny. I would prefer you watch them in order but it wouldn't matter if you didn't. Warning tho, there are sometimes some mature parts that come up half of the time, but you can decide if you want to skip or upload it. It’s not exactly spoiling yourself if you read up on Shang Chi. It depends, because though the MCU is a retelling of Earth 616 and Earth 1610 stuff, they have their own stuff going on and have their own takes on icons. Not everything gets imported to be just like the comics and some are just scrapped, changed, or replaced. So reading his stuff will be fine, if anything, it’s better to expect the movie to be faithful to his comic counterpart.

@Dwayne N Jazz Shang-Chi is the son of the Mandarin/Fu Manchu, who has been trained since birth to be a living weapon, and a master assassin. When he is 18, his father sends him to his first mission, but Shang-Chi refuses to be a killer and runs away. So his father proceeds to chase him around the world, sending his soldiers to catch him (that´s his origin story in the comics, anyway). The Shang-Chi comics were known as "the best comicbook series ever produced by Marvel" for almost 2 decades.

IM PUMPED FOR THIS MOVIE. When I first saw this I thought about Iron Fist because both are martial artists and harness chi in some way. Apparently they team up in the comics so maybe thats a future pathway to introduce Iron Fist? Either way, September 3rd is marked on my calendar and I am ready.
