Amazing man literally all I needed to know ! , real breakdown compared to other videos, Getting that roadie for now & maybe a tundra 45 or haul down the road. Thanks for the advice keep it up !
The Roadie is definitely a keeper!! I had one for a while before I moved to the 35 just to be different from the wife. I also have the HAUL which we use when we go down to the beach or something. I pack it to max and use backpack when we go out somewhere to the sand or something. HAUL stays in the room where I know it’s protected but the main part is that I get free ice from the place we are staying at!! That’s also a secret I use when we travel. If there’s a hotel nearby we sometimes just park close to a location where the ice machine is and get some FREE ICE!!! 🤫 LifeHack 101 One reason I also switched was because my backseat has the kiddos in my truck that when I would place the roadie in the back back. If I don’t have it leaning against another item it may tilt over. I had to figure out a way to anchor it to a hook or something. Nonetheless a great cooler that even my 3 year old could open!!
They’re pretty much the same. Key is pre-chilling the cooler. Throw in some ice cubes or freeze some water bottles and then throw them in cooler overnight. If you don’t pre chill then your ice will melt fast in either cooler.
Backseat: I’ve driven both ways and for me it won’t move. Then again depends how light/heavy you have it. I WILL SAY that because I have leather seats, I always place a towel or blanket underneath to help eliminate the rubber feet imprints on seats. Back of Truck: No need to strap down. At least on my truck with the rough bed liner. It’s got enough grip that I don’t need to strap it down and it weighs enough to not tip over. HOWEVER there is a guy who made a DIY strap to be able to lock it down to truck. Like if you’re out at the park and don’t have a bed cover to hide everything.
OK thanks. I use my 35 for food. Only. I was hoping to use two plastic baskets with a divider. The divider doesn’t work with the metal basket. Oh well I’ll keep looking.
Very much!! The Grizzly’s are excellent coolers as well. The only “negative “ I have on them is the rubber locking handles. They just are toooooo long. Outside of that, GREAT COOLERS!!

There’s room for a lot more ice in the 35. That’s nice to have for those longer trips so everything stays colder longer.
Which one holds ice longer. Grizzly or yeti. Nice video.

Question those 24s do you have to strap them down because they look like they’ll tip over in a vehicle

Does the plastic trays fit in the 35?
It will not fit across to be able to slide but it will fit if laid on top. Basically another Tupperware 🤷🏽♂️

Are so still enjoying the Yeti's ? Been looking at the Grisslys myself.
