Well it's definitely harder than the Apple Ecosystem, as the devices aren't under just one Company.

Nah! Android isn't as cohesive as Apple's iOS and Mac OS. The universal clipboard is mark my words "magical". The your phone app is not at all at par with what we get in apple ecosystem.

Currently only Samsung has proper Android ecosystem, thanks to their partnerships with Microsoft and more. Plus they has their own things like home appliances and smart home. An OS called Tizen and much more.
Tizen is a failure, my active 2 smartwatch is lagging
It's beacsue of that processor. Which is old to run new Tizen 5.0 version, it arrived with Tizen 3.2.

Samsung's partnershiped with Microsoft Windows long ago to have the same seamless ecosystem experience which apple provides.

@@BishvendraSingh windows os alone is messy so why expect smooth ecosystem from Microsoft. They should try harder. They are like having 20+ children...very hard to organize as a family with deep connection with each other. Apple is like having only 2-3 children...very deep connection and very mangaeable esp when each child has a problem and can be given with higher resources than if they were 20+ children.

That's the problem dude, it's not simple for Non techie people, we have find the alternative for each application then see of those can sync together... These can be too convoluted for some

@@hunter3342 but to be honest i can do all what he said using pushbullet or even better kdeconnect. There's remote fp unlock which allows me to unlock my pc using my phone and stuff like that. I actually prefer websites like keep or photos over an app, The only category where i feel apple really dominates is the apple watch but that's again not affordable for the Indian market.
google tv, wear os, android and Chromebook/windows with kdeconnect is actually good.

Indeed Telegram is like a power-combo of Airdrop, iMessage and cloud accessible and synced across all systems. And you can start typing on one machine, don't even finish the sentence and lift up on the other mid-sentence. And send files up to 2GB lossles. Just like that by dragging stuff from the desktop to a TG window and suddenly it appears on all other synced devices.
On the other hand, I am quite content with my Android ecosystem.
Browser sync: Firefox on both platforms. (Android/Linux)
File sync: Syncthing for everything.
On top of that, KDEConnect provides far more integrations than any other ecosystem I have ever seen.
I admit that you have to be a bit tech savvy to figure out some of these things, and some features like connecting airpods to 3 devices look very cool, but at the end of it, you are watching a tech channel so you already are interested in tech, and when I want to connect my headphones from one device to another, I can just yeet my headphone jack off of one device and plug it in another. Can you do that with apple?

@@Sugam098 I don't have a mi watch but i have the mi fitness band 2 and 5. They actually really good! The build quality is phenomenal and the battery life is amazing lasts 2 weeks+. Also check out oppo watch.

I’ve had a great experience if you stick to one brand. For instance, most of my products in my ecosystem is Google or a Google owned company (nest, Fitbit, fossil) and the integration is great. Love the flexibility of going cross-platform. It’s not really an apples to apples comparison if you compare Apple to an “android” ecosystem if you’re mixing up different company’s android systems
Exactly. If you want an ecosystem within Android you need to buy into the BRAND itself. I/E Google or Samsung are perfect examples of ecosystems ...IF you own all of their products solely just like those in the Apple ecosystem ✅️
lol, sorry to say but Google uses users as Guinie pigs (experimental). So amount of Data Googel collects is so much that many real Techy people actually are Degoogling their devices, like Graphene OS is Degoogled Android and many Tech knowers use it, since they dont want any kind of spy device in their pockets. So buy getting more into Google ecosystem, you willingling or maybe unknowingly have commited to being a Googles experimental user whom Google will spy upon, your mic will be recorded your camera might collect information and background google processes will collect your every move in order for them to feed their algorithm and make their AI algorithms smarter. I wont prefer a Google ecosystem even if free, thats main reason for me to shift to iphone. for Security! and in Android I use degoogled devices. Unfortunately I checked my windows pc still has a google process running in background, even after I deleted Chrome and used Brave. It seems Google leaves its traces somehow in registry making it difficult to stop them running their spyware. What is more interesting is after I stopped google driver from device manager. They still run on background somehow and I have to manually stop them each time I restart PC.

Making the android ecosystem work seamless across manufacturers will favor the smaller producers. Tech giants like samsung will prefer exclusive features for their customers since they've invested millions creating there brand's individual ecosystems.

Samsung Ecosystem is already there, and its almost seamless as Apple's Ecosystem! Don't bind Samsung with other Android smartphones' Ecosystem or an Android Ecosystem!
Yup I have samsung phones and also a galaxy tablet at my home and all seamlessly integrate with each other also have quickshare which is just like apple airdrop.

I don't know about other headphones.
But I have been using Mivi T-beats since past 2 years and they do switch audio automatically between my laptop and my phone.
Previous Bluetooth 4.0 version did connect with 2 devices and was basically like connecting 2 devices to a single speaker. I could listen to audio from both devices simultaneously. There was no switching between the audios.
Current Bluetooth 5.0 version does connect to 2 devices but I can only hear audio from one device at a time. Plus it also switches between them seamlessly.
Only legends know that the title was changed from 'The Android Ecosystem: Explained' to the title which you are seeing now

Android is not from Samsung, start to build your own OS (not one UI) before talking about ecosystem lmao
@@nempowa it's harder than ever to make an entirely new OS for smartphones because most people have so much data on services like Google services and Play Store for example has thousands of different apps and games. They need developers to make each app for their OS and if it fails they'll lose billions of dollars. It's really hard. But I hope Samsung uses their own OS (not Tizen) on their phones someday because then they'll have control over optimization and integration. Every company should have their own OS.

I expected this from Google when they released pixel.
Thought it would set benchmark for Android.
Google can't do anything when users are using windows pc.
Windows failed miserably after buying nokia, they had the ability to make it possible but as usual, windows fails to deliver everytime.
Use Google manufactured devices and you're good to go.

Google just gave last update(dec security update) to its pixel 2 xl as promised (3 years of regular updates)

Still, it depends on the user. Those who do business would chose apple but those who have free time and are really good at tech, would stick with Android.

Jabra elite earpods actually supports the auto switching thing when a call appears on the phone. I use Jabra elite 75t and it works fine for me and I don’t have to switch it manually.

I am using Microsoft Edge. Through the three-dot menu, under Apps, you can convert any website to a desktop app.
