As impractical, uncontrollable and uncomfortable it might look, it's a great idea! Ideas like that get picked up by people and progress towards perfection. Such innovative design isn't supposed to be perfect from the first try. It progresses afterwards and reaches more usable and practical state, and that's how progress works. Everything needs to start somewhere.

If you look at the real Tron bike from the movie, any similarity with this is pure coincidence. And i really really don't get why they commited the herecy of putting gatling guns on it, come on, really?

That's probably what the customer of that bike wanted, and that was the only one they had on hand at the time of filming.

Well, I've read these comments. It always surprises me when I come to a video that yet again brings out the critiques and the haters. I guess making a negative comment is satisfying to some. Not me.
I was a fan of the first Tron movie. When the second one released, I just loved it! And those two wheelers were respected.
This construction is so fucking cool, I can't believe it. I swear I have never seen a hubless wheel. Those are just superb. I dare any of these haters to build anything that advanced.

Its a novelty made for the local County Sheriff's Dept. It sits on Parker Bro's showroom floor in Port Canaveral Fla. along with many of other projects that include one made for the Tron Remake, the bike Cat Woman (Ann Hathaway) rode in The Dark Knight Rises and the Shredder from the movie Battleship they made for Peter Berg to ride in onto the red carpet on the movie's L.A. premiere.

The only part of the tron bike I'd want is the bit that leaves an energy strak behind it that other drivers crash into. The bike while impressive just looks likes a sort of futuristic cube headed spanner.
