Yes I had a contractor at or around the same time Stanley who defeated alcoholism by worshiping to Mr. Phil on cassettes while roofing and painting homes all around Detroit. Personally it really is wonderful to behold Phil's ability to be gods light in a song. Very uplifting these days as we all know Jesus is coming soon. All I can say us... thankyou phil! Your so beautiful! Hope to stand in your light one day! I'm a drummer for Christmas too. I got to play at Bethesda christian church for pastor biehl and his people for a minute. They said they never heard drumming like that. But my teacher was the bus driver, Mr. Buddy Rich as he took my ass to school! He is with the lord now and I miss him awesome!!! He is in a crypt in Hollywood ca it says, " One of a Kind." Thankyou phil. Keep it going, you really have an anointing i love! Brother chrus!

OMG, I have loved this song for so long. I think of my sweet and wonderful Japanese wife every time I hear it. I am so lucky she came into my life 25 years ago. She is my match made in heaven. There is no sense of religion here, just two humans made for each other and very happy together. Then I read here that it's all about Jesus. Our love has nothing to do with Jesus, thank you.

I was jail in Pima countyjail and if you. went to church 2 wks in a row you got a caset player 2teaching casets and 2christian music ones 24hr lock down is a long time after 6mths I was saved and Phil Driscoll's muisc gave me the spirit of praise inspiring me to search the Bible end if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have been saved praise God and thank Phil Driscoll but given me the spirit of praise that brought me to my knees only God could have workout a being a fugitive of Justify their time plan like that oh by the way a Christian group got me out on bail

In the late 80's Phil and I were going into a restaurant in Tampa fl. Some lady took a gun and fired a shot into her belly . Thinking she was killing her child . Phil immediately started praying for the lady while I was looking for a phone to call 911.
