Grew up in foster care this hits hard. I am going through CPTSD therapy to deal with it, but I have been where this song has him. I've struggled with depression and suicidality since I was 6 (doctors said it was a phase. I'm 58 now making little chges in hopes of being rid of this. I was literally told I would be a drug addict or a suicide statistic all my life. Since that cmuch alcohol can cause a person to throw up the poison and.choke on it. The ex left in the morning, I was hungover for 2weeks but I survived. I make no mistake as to why i: came out of that I believe God said. My time isn't over yet I have things to get done

Honestly, the one thing keeping me from killing myself is family. I don’t want their mental health to suffer like Tyler’s.

I feel like cudi talks about mental health a lot. Bros been going through some tough times and now his haters are making him want to quit for no good reason
Another artist you should check out is Lorna Shore with the song Pain Remains I: Dancing like Flames, don't know if that's up your alley but the video and lyrics together really hit hard, they're a bit heavier than The Amity Affliction and they have some symphonic elements in their songs and some soft/clean vocals in this particular one
