when i get 1000 subscribes i will start going out again and live steam my encounters with public officials
this channel is to expose corruption and get all discipline information on public employee's
my videos take a long time because of all the research to get as much information as i can and FOI requests take time. I'm waiting of the results from a FOI request's and then ill be making more video's i don't want to just go and look for a reaction.

If they're trying to convince you to do something then it's voluntary and they have no power to enforce it. Otherwise they'd just detain you.

This is why cops should stop wondering why the public is getting less upset at an officer dying.

First and ONLY question to ask in this situation, 'Are you impeding my lawful right of way?' If the answers no, keep on walking. If it's yes, then some grounds NEED to be articulated to you as to why you're lawful right of way is indeed being impeded and why it is you are being detained, which you are by this point. It also MUST be stated by law that you are indeed detained, which is why you'll find any police officer unsure of his or her actions, just as unsure of stating it. Suspicion is not a crime, it's a feeling.

For some time I've been comparing the training of U.S. unfavourably with that of British Police. It appears that I've been proved wrong and that our police are no better than their American counterparts.

It would be better if they have the picture before the trying to tame this person I am not anti police if you go in to be a police officer like he said he had a picture so why didn't they look at the picture and then making that person feel very very impossible and uncomfortable as well most of the time they do not do their job properly because they have that uniform on they think they can stop any anyone if the breaks the person before they had the picture I think you have to talk to them when a person breaks into your home and take stuff all people still there have been violated with their own space in their own home but that is no difference as a police officer trying to trying to search you I think that is the person they are looking for if a person who has mental health problems they just laugh at it like being at school when you done good work you get a star maybe a gold star or a silver star or a bronze star please supposed to be there for helping people if they have the right information or some kind of image who that person is who they looking for that is selectable

well they didnt detain u they kept following u so u could walk off but they do not have to say what section unless asked but it would be probably, Section 1A prevention of crime act 1953, section 14 and 19 of the offensive weapons act are the ones i could find if they were to detain u they never did say that they did so there was not much need for them to follow u so they kinda did do a bit of harassment

Under section 1 of PACE, a police constable may stop, detain, and search any person or vehicle in a public place, as long as the officer has 'reasonable grounds' for suspecting that they will find stolen or prohibited articles. I assume that’s the law they’re following. Entitled video poster.

Next time they allege that you fit the description ask them for the INCIDENT/CAD NUMBER of the person who reported the suspect and gave the alleged description.
