I had a friend's parents over for Christmas, they were from China, didn't speak any English, I speak no Mandarin, and after lunch we watched Mr Bean, and we all laughed together, and now we've been friends for five years..... Thank you Mr Atkinson, you're an angel. 🙏
The best part of this video for me was seeing the happiness shining in Abdul's eyes - his whole being, actually. I can't tell you how much I admire all of you; it was just great to see you all having a good time.
Rowan Atkinson really is a genius. His personality is versatile. His stand-up has always been Mr Bean, he made that into a tv series and movies. Then he did a TV show called “Blackadder” where he is completely different ! Truthfully I think he is a character actor. A very smart man. Wonderful reaction, made me happy to see al of you happy. Surely happiness is the great thing 🙂
Hi Jayne, thank you. I'm sure you'll love seeing them play some games like Jenga, Twister and other things. There is a whole playlist where they try something new including the time when they painted Bob Ross for the first time
I love how these gentlemen consistently comment on the joy the performers have or the emotion they show in their performances, or how happy it makes the audiences to see them. I love that they focus so much on the joy, as well as the skills of the people they see. Thank you so much for sharing these videos.
There is a tale of how Rowan Atkinson started to be a legend he is, and it was when he was a student in Oxford. Rowan Atkinson went up in the Revue one day, with a piece of paper, and went on to make everyone laugh without a single word for seven minutes straight. You don't see that kind of talent every day, and it is still hard to find anyone that could do it as spectacular as he does. The way he talks and he brings himself outside a character will make you question everything you have seen him do as Mr Bean because he is every bit what you expect of an articulate English gentleman, but as Mr Bean, he doesn't show that at all. He is a crazy talented person.
This was great. I think since they all react so strong to the drummers in music videos they should react to Def Leppard- Rick Allen Drum Solo. I don't think RUclips will let me post the link. I may have missed it if they've watched him play but the fact he is an amazing drummer who plays with only 1 arm is so inspiring I think they'd love it!
This video made me realize something: it's very different to actually see and enjoy "Internet culture" with a plausible baggage of good values and years of life experience... than facing such phenomenon in the early stages of self-development _aka_ childhood and youth. I don't have enough evidence to say if it's "better" or "worse" (if this caetgories may apply), since in terms of human history, the aforementioned culture has just begun. But it's different, for sure. I think Mr. Rind Baloch, apart from being a very wise man, is a good example of the idea I'm trying to break down. His eyes are full of stories and his voice is like an inked pen waiting to write new ones. The thrill and wonder in his face, mixed with respect and patience, tells me of a man that has enough experience to face the neverending and vertiginous rythm of modern life with enough temperance to enjoy it... but also to set limits whenever is required. Not an easy feat to achieve. I write this from the bottom of my heart. The three gentlemen have beautiful, inspiring souls. Mr. Atkinson too. The world is beautiful. With all its endeavours, vicissitudes, shadows and craziness.
I agree. I want to frame the thumbnail and hang it on my wall. Such a peaceful and joyful face - Chacha may not realise it, but he is a warrior poet, and I am so grateful for him! 💚
Each time we had foreign students over with no english - it was his comedy they loved more than anything! So funny they see this thru the kens of tic tok
You should let them react to Neil Peart's (of the band RUSH) drum solo...Live in Frankfurt. Let them see how "The Professor " really plays drums that he is surrounded by.
Who came up with this comedy idea first ? Michel Courtemanche or Rowan Atkinson ? Anyway... The real inspiration source for any of these two was Jerry Lewis with the typewriter sketch.
Sounds like there's Bean episode to look forward to. He really is a legend. It's a shame my favorite might be on his list of least favorites, The Black Adder series. Worse for here as there is so much culture-of-the-time humor tied as an integral part to each of the series, it might require a class for each series. For years now, when I want to get a perspective on things, I look forward to hunting X People React videos, and these are high on my favorites. Always, thank you for sharing your first times and general perspective and wisdom with all of us.
8 months ago you released a reaction to Sinead's version of "Nothing Compares". I would love to see our friends react to Sinead singing with The Chieftains on the song "The Foggy Dew". It ties in also with the Cranberries' "Zombie" since it harkens to the earlier conflicts of the Irish people. Originally written in 1919 as a poem.
@@TRYBALS If you ever do have time for a movie reaction I think they would love the movie Mr. Bean. It's funny but also very touching. I think Abdul especially would enjoy it. 😊
Did you know that Rowan Atkinson was inspired by a French-Canadian comedian for this sketch? Here's the "original", by Michel Courtemanche ruclips.net/video/5rXUS1keuv4/видео.html Courtemanche created his in 1987; Atkinson saw it, loved it, made sure Courtemanche was OK with him doing the same, and his version came out in 1991.
Rowan Atkinson talks a lot as Blackadder. But that humor probably doesn't translate very well without knowing the historical context/figures and the language.
You/they should watch all "Mr. Bean" full episodes from the TV-series, also the "Mr. Bean" movies. And in addition to that any movie he (Rowan Atkinson) has starred in, like Rat Race", "Johnny English", "Four Weddings and a Funeral" etc.
@TRYBALS Is there some sort of government grant you can apply for to fund the channel so you don't have to do things like sell your personal car? I'd hope there'd be some kind of cultural outreach program, which I'd say your channel definitely qualifies as.

“His shows are good for the soul”
Sounds like exceptionally high praise to me
I don't think I've ever seen Abdul so amused. And his comments are wise as always. Comedy like this may seem silly, but it's wonderful for the soul.
I'm so glad Mr Abdul is feeling better after his cold. He always has such amazing insights to give.
The best part of this video for me was seeing the happiness shining in Abdul's eyes - his whole being, actually. I can't tell you how much I admire all of you; it was just great to see you all having a good time.
Well said!
Comedy and laughter when done well transcends all languages and cultures. Much love to you all from New Zealand.
Your reactions are a healing for the soul 😂❤ Rowan Atkinson is a living treasure 💘

I love Mr. Bean but I LOVE Blackadder! Especially the 4th season.
@@veladarney the writing was superb and so many great actors throughout. Yes Blackadder one of my top 5.
@@veladarney No comedy in history has ever come close to the poignancy of the ending of Blackadder Goes Forth.
blue line is also a very good show as well
I love watching your reactions to so many things. It shows we as a people are so much more alike than we realize. You are all amazing men.
These gentlemen always put a smile on my face, thank you!
Love the fact that you guys are watching so many different things and not just sticking to one genre.

What a great video. Honestly some great ideas of timeless stuff to show these guys, love the channel!
Thanks so much!
@@TRYBALS No worries!, and greetings from Northern Ireland! Your channel is getting around, good luck with it - great content!
Rowan Atkinson once said. The idea for Mr Bean's comedy was to be funny without needing language. He was a character for the world to enjoy ❤

Definitely such a talented physical actor, he doesn’t have to speak because it comes out in his actions.

This! ☝️ Oh, I'd LOVE to see them marvel at Mr. Allen's abilities, and I believe they would find much inspiration from his story, too.

I'd love to see these guys meet him in person.
What amuses me is his vocal delivery is top notch due to overcoming a speech impediment but he's widely known for a largely mute character
Interesting that you have a Phantomas profile pic...Louis de Funes also is a quite the character actor himself
Music and some comedy is universal.
Amazing!
This is one of my favorite Mister Bean / Rowan Atkinson skits!
Each time we had foreign students over with no english - it was his comedy they loved more than anything! So funny they see this thru the kens of tic tok
“Even Danny is no match” made my day
"Even Danny's no match for his skills"
Legendary!

Gosto muito das reações se vocês, é tudo tão espontâneo e natural que chega ser cativante.
😄 Mr. Bean is hilarious!
"You'll fart that way!" I didn't expect that. 😂
He probably had REWIND the TAPE to practice this. No loop, no timestamps, etc.
Would be awesome if you showed them Chaplin :D

We do from time to time but don't record any reactions. But honestly I'm a bit too busy for the next couple of months

The Zen of Bean.

I am not overly keen on British humor (humour) but I like Rowan Atkison, aka "Mr. Bean"! Oh, and Benny Hill RIP!

You should do reaction for his elementary dating video and do a subtitle for it.
Rowan Atkinson talks a lot as Blackadder. But that humor probably doesn't translate very well without knowing the historical context/figures and the language.

make them watch Mr Bean Movies and episodes
Even Danny is no match for his skills.
I know exactly he means Danny Carey. 🤣🤣🤣
yuk quit mentioning tiktok
Why do you make them react to that crap?
Mr Bean didn't consider the locations of the instruments as he swept.
So yeah this is not even a good reference.
