I myself faced long travel time from Ghuhatti to Delhi due to weather Captain tried two times and then have to divert to Jaipur. These are unpredictable circumstances and can't be avoide by shouting

Pehle cancellation rate Kam thha. Today since refund procedure is online. It has become easy to cancel train. But delays hai.
