Hey I watched your vid on te leasehold properties and completely agree not wanting a leashold Question Whats your thoughts on a flat if its a freehold ? And being freehold does a freehold flat still have to pay service charges etc Thanks xx
Morning! Generally share of freehold is considered better but it does still come with its own issues - you still pay service charges for the maintenance of the building, but it is organised by those with share of freehold, you can come into issues if certain flats don't want to contribute towards bills etc. Typically it does eradicate ground rent though :) hope that helps!
