I too, never gave feet a thought except when mine hurt. I’ve learned so much watching your videos and a couple other wonderful podiatrist. I’m in the age group now that can’t hardly reach mine toenails and feet for proper care. I know what needs to be done and understand the importance of taking care of our feet. Thank you and the doctors that take time to teach and educate us. Merry Christmas to Lexington Podiatry and your families.😊❤

You are so right about things penetrating a shoe. We have tons of mesquite trees and I was wearing Crocs. One needle went through the shoe and just scratched my foot. Luckily, no wound, as I am diabetic.

Thank you for the important information. I’m 72 with severe hammer toe I recently got a blister on my tip of my
second toe became infected went to urgent care they poked it & put me on antibiotics I finished the medicine I am not diabetic I put antibiotic cream on it with a bandage daily it’s been almost 2 weeks since I went to urgent care & it still hurts & swollen would it help to see a podiatrist as your self?

I had osteomeyeolitis in two of my toes on my left foot both toes had to be partially amputated, and I still have to be really careful. I also have severe neuropathy in my feet, and I can't feel my feet. Most of the time I kept myself this past weekend on my toe, and I'm trying to be really careful this time, and I can't use regular back bandaides either.

Consider purchasing a clip-on bluetooth mic rather than using the mic on the phone
