I would love for them to be different compare to other ww2 games. The eastern front gets over played I wanna see something different Like a Norwegian campaign map. Or a battle for Greece mod like including new armies like the Greeks or Norwegians. Do something that's completely different that's haven't been done before
i find it absolutely hilarious that they needed the workshop to fill the game with the content they couldn't add. after an eternity of waiting, we're still playing mostly the same maps, guns and vehicles. now we suddenly got new factions, along with all the things you could want. and lots of interesting new maps. all unpaid free-time work.
@@r3dsnow757 Sort of, it is a different dev company that does work for Post Scriptum but Offworld (the devs of squad) have to market the games and fix bug tickets for both AND for Beyond the Wire.
@@albinospino3089 havent tried Beyond The Wire but i've seen pretty good gameplay, i truly love both Squad and PS and hopefully we get good stuff added eventually.
I feel like this is gonna be a great year for both PS and Squad. Also for my Bannerlord bois, I think it'll be a great year for that game's mods as well.

Could you just imagine a Japanese theatre. Trying to capture the mountain on Iwo Jima. Banzai charges. Moments straight out of ‘Hacksaw ridge’ or ‘The Pacific’. This game would be one of the best games ever if that happened.

PS is more tactical and polished whereas HLL is more meat grindery and casual. Both are great fun and immersive tho. I prefer PS tho as it runs much better on my machine

PS is one of my favorite games of all time but I got tired of joining games where no one was in command or the squad leads were incompetent or non communicative. Also i dont want to have to take up the helm every time some dip shit is squad leading. This game is at its peak when people use teamwork, when they don't its a terrible game. Can anyone tell me if things have improved in the last year community wise, or if there are more decent NA servers? And is there less jank? I'd be a lot more forgiving to this game if infantry combat didn't feel so slow and clunky.
Is this game more demanding on your PC than squad? I've got that running smooth and stable most of the time with some modified settings but couldnt get PS to look good/stable when I had it for a free weekend.
The game is good but Post Scriptum is buggy asf. I do not know why but my other games work fine and well. And post scriptum have issues about crashes alot. After every update the most common pro move you would do is verify your game files and sometimes it wont work.
I was having issues playing it with constant stutter and it wasn't enabled under my nvidia control panel. There's a few tricks to try, I thought HLL played better than PS but once I linked it, the game runs buttery smooth in comparison. It still has frame dips in dense areas but it's very playable on my end now.
Yo, try Geforce Now, you get a top end pc completely for free and the only catch is that you can only play for 1 hour before you have to restart the game.
I really can't stand how unrealistically easy the gunplay is in the game. Still has hitmarker sounds too? Are you serious? It's a fun game but far from the "authentic WWII combat experience" it purports to be.

I haven't played PS since the beta. Is it worth buying now? Looks fantastic, but the gunplay and sound effects were always excellent.

PS is not optimized and is very CPU intensive. My rig runs fairly hot on PS more so than any other game.

There's helicopters in Squad and will be in Vietnam mod for squad
