That's a very nice rig you have got built I am just now trying to describe what lcg chassis I want to go with because like you said they are so many an some of them coasteso much an you have to have all the right pices for them an I am wanting to hear that sound from the motor so give me a holler if you decide on wanting to get rid of that motor you took out thank you for sharing your videos
Might want to try some circular mount foams, they're cheap, go on the body and help insulate it so it cuts down on the vibration.

@JamesDirtRC it has more power and torque but still loud. I have a new ESC and axles, coming soon.
@@OGRadGrow I wonder if the noise is from a screw poking a wheel slightly ? Or Drive shaft bunt up against the diff housing to tight. I am sure you checked all this. I am new to this an It's like a Mystery. Love it

Did you try the plastic spur gear? About the only difference in yours and mine is the brand of equipment, a plastic spur gear, and a lexan "Bronco interior". That interior does kinda help with echoing.
Nope, but I do have an AM32 80a ESC on the way, and some better (hopefully better) axles. The front axle has some issues with binding while underload. The ring and pinion wobbles when the axle is powered by the drive shaft. This turned to a $600 build fast. 😂🤦🏾♂️ Thanks for the help and comments. Keep em coming. 👍🏾🔥 You Rock Bro
