By far my favorite utube moment when talk about a picture worth a thousand words.
I would love to meet you sometime.
My grandson just turned sixteen and I want to get him out west so he can experience what we love.

Just watched your Podcast for the first time today. Brought back so many memories of my first hunting trip to ND in 2003. We hunted in south central ND, near Wishek. There were so many pheasants, grouse and huns. Being from TN, we don’t have much birds to hunt anymore.
My wife and I go to SD every Nov to hunt. We have a Llewellin Setter. This is our 2nd Llewellin. The first one, Buck died in 2019, he was nearly 14.We now have Mac, he is almost 3 now.
You are so right about liking dogs more than people. People who don’t have bird dogs don’t understand the bond that is formed. They are your best friend.
Enjoy your show . Keep up the good work.

And Huns are the most underappreciated birds ever. They are awesome to chase and delicious as table fare. Thanks for doing our state a great service!

I got a Brittany when I retired in 2021. When my dog was one year old me and my son and law went out to central North Dakota hunting Sharptails. I will be 68 in February. I dream about doing it again. My dog is two now.

Great feeling for having had the opportunity to meet and spend time with Tyler. First year we hunted NODak the drought had been so bad that I actually received calls and texts from Tyler instructing me to go to the corner of a specific road as there were a couple roosters standing there.
Tyler, was a rural mailman and drove hundreds of miles on his route. What an awesome eye he has for seeing birds and knowing their habits. I hope to continue this relationship with him as long as I can. We will be headed back to NODak this fall to see some beautiful country, work some of the best game birds, and make new friendships with some of the nicest, most hardy citizens in the US.
    See you in the fall!

October has always been my favorite month. It’s when your buds are ripe, and it’s time to get your dog out in the woods. Can’t wait!!!

Love the video. Well done. We all don't live forever and we can't take anything with us except our memories. As much as I love my wife and children, my last thoughts when crossing over will be focused on all those solid points made by my dogs over the years where I missed the easy shots, those times when veteran roosters outsmarted my dogs and I, and beautiful scenery I've had the chance to walk on during these pursuits. I know I have a few dogs waiting on point for me on the other side.

Just awesome! I love hunting and love how you approach it with your dogs. This will be the first season out with my dog (NSDTR) and I'm more excited to work with him than in taking a bag limit of birds.

Video and editing are top notch! North Dakota is so unbelievably pretty and most will never know it until they leave the interstate and hit the gravel roads.

I understand his point of view on selling out upland hunting (in his best interests) in a particular geographic area/
and or state, but as for me it's not what I believe in.
