Back in the 90s they had Star Wars micromachine vehicles like these complete with mini figures and mini droids. They also had play sets like yavin base, hoth base and the death star. I had all of them. Hours of play. Good times. Miss those days.

Decided to pick one of these up as my local target had plenty of them, and now that I have it in hand, I can say.....

Its sad and very bad marketing that only 1 out of all of these flying ships (Asajj Ventress being the only one) have a flight stand to display them.... Id buy some if only they had that feature like the the old line had...
A small criticism of the droid: the V wing uses a Q7 astromech(a floating cylinder), not an R-series
Tbh I'm one of those types of guys that hate it when someone calls the Q7 on the V-Wing a R2, and how they gave the Q7 legs when it's supposed to be always hovering. It's just a me problem, because I really love the V-Wing star fighter.
Its funny you mentioned Star Fox, because in the game Star Fox Assault there's a ship that looks near-identical to the V-wing; with the same kind of wings and everything! Plus the game came out the same year as Episode III! Coincidence or conspiracy?...
On mine, the guns are pointing further down, with left one pointing further down than the right. I want them to be parallel with the ships center like yours.

It’s weak that they can’t regularly stock their line. Almost as weak as their justifying Chase and Rare sets (versus making enough so that anyone who wants one can get one without having to pay 7 x markup on eBay. Their bad distribution system only compounds the issues with limited sets.)
Their distribution has been their Achilles heel for sure. The team has addressed making it better and more plentiful. With it being a new line for them I can understand the hurdles to make it a well oiled machine. The chases are definitely a challenge, I see both sides to having them and not having them. For me, I just say patience. They know our concerns and they have been very receptive to our feedback (so far).
The aftermarket prices are insane. I’ve never seen a toy marked up like that so soon after release.
Main reason 8 think i. Reminds you of the R-Wings from Star Fox, probably because of its more tri-angular desing.

I wanted to ask you on your newest video...do you also collect Mega Halos? If so, do you prefer Jazwares Halo action figures or Mega Halo mini figures more? Which one do you think is the better value in terms of pricing?
I actually don’t, I probably should because I see how cool they are. I only have a few items from Mega.

sorry but shouldn't the wings of the v-wing be folded forward? these close upside down!
Yeah I was thinking the same. Though to be fair, the V-wing is one of those ships that seemed to have different landing modes. In the movie and Lego set, the wings rotate 90 degrees as one piece, the og BF2 had them go forward. And now it seems they go backwards now
The backward folding wings are actually accurate, at least to the ones that appear in The Bad Batch.

Unfortunate that they decided to go off scale. Better focus on the ships and vehicles that are manageable at the 1:72 scale than throw stuff in that is way too small. Also, I bet people would be willing to pay 50% more for a millenium falcon in scale.
