You made a very good point on Tax and Inflation consideration when we do SWP. The critical thing is to identify a safe and better instrument for beating inflation for SWP.
Different opinion: SWP can be useful when we have home loan to pay where we can pay additional emi every month or lump sum amount and home loan can be closed in shorter time period.
@guruprasad2096 yes. However you wanted to see the capital appreciation out of the SWP. You can pay additional emi and close it and still we will be left with huge sum of money. Please use the SWP calculator with respect to the mutual fund scheme and analyse. If you withdraw at 8% or minimum it won't affect your capital.

Creating buffer corpus for 4 years is a good idea. But once our economy goes to peak level let’s say after 15 to 20 years, this strategy will wrk out? This is really applicable for the current situation. My doubt is what if something happens like Japan and china? Unlike USA there ia no consumption growth in Japan once it reaches the peak. In this market will not noise back even after 10 years. So in that situation , investing only in fixed income option will be the good one? Also those kind of markets will not have much inflation! Your thoughts please.
Hi Boosan, One doubt regarding Term Insurance. Already have one term plan for 1Cr. can i buy one more term plan for 2Cr additionally? will there be any problem incase of claim of multiple term plans from same provider or different term plan providers?
There is generally no limit to the number of term insurance policies you can have. However, insurance companies may impose restrictions on the total coverage amount. Additionally, it's important to disclose all existing policies to each insurance company. In summary, yes, you can obtain an additional policy.
Hi brother,i have one doubt at the end of SIP , can i withdraw total amount at one or few times?and 12% returns is constant for untill maturity period or chance to down between this yrs.
