    Nice video Chuck ! I love the analogies ! That's part of the reason I never looked for a vocal teacher. What if they make it worse? You have great style and enthusiasm. Not to mention your exercises work!

    Totally agree Chuck I have been watching your free videos and other channels but I'm feel I'm still need guidance because i could say that I'm doing it ok or good but to be heard from a professional and tell exactly the truth is something else I had in accident that couse neck problems also affect my throat but I'm getting better I just want to sing properly on church that's my main goal issue I'm trying to sing and play to much to ask

      For many it may be. Better to invest in a private one on one with immediate feedback and immediate results.

    • @PowerToSing
      @PowerToSing  2 года назад +3

      I've tried it and it feels pretty good on my voice. You can get the same benefit with bubble lips or the tongue trill. I've not used it in my teaching, but if I had a student who had a vocal cord injury, and struggled to vocalize, it might be useful.

      @@PowerToSing chuck I must say you've been of really good help to me and my voice I've been practicing at home and if I have the time, strength and space at work especially with the 30 minutes vocal workout the one you put on RUclips, I've made very significant progress being able to sing through my bridge and even singing like beyonce and Celine Dion I want to say thank you

      @@PowerToSing my voice sounds really feminine I'm a young man Joshua's my name from Ghana in Africa you've been to me a dream come true since down here it's extremely hard to find a sound vocal coach who knows what they're about, I've got some problems though, when ever I get hurt or badly treated or even happy I turn to my voice and end up hurting my instrument this make me retard in my vocal growth I think it's the absence of good technique but I would love to have one on one classes with you be it online looking at the distance some time in the future. Right now I'm working and also funding my schooling in a digital marketing class so I'm a little careful with my spending but as soon as I'm financially stable I'll get to you my hero God richly bless you for putting out here effective and reliable vocal exercises for willing but helpless ones such as me and I hope God willing I see you my hero one day in person 😘

    • @PowerToSing

      Hi CF: There are several things you can do...and you are already doing some of them. Being in a choir is a great start. It will definitely help you develop your musicianship as you learn to read the bass line in your music and to sing on pitch. Some other things you can do it to take a musical instrument like piano and or guitar. Listen to lots of music on the radio or on RUclips. You can improve your sight reading of music by getting an app or going to a website that offers ear training. Check out Erol ear training apps. It's helped some of my students. Most of all keep singing as much as possible. Try out for your madrigals, take some voice lessons...that will help a lot. If you want to schedule a lesson with me here's a link: SCHEDULE YOUR LESSON HERE: www.powertosing.com/schedulelesson
      Good luck...and have fun!

    Sir what does second nature singing system mean ??

    • @PowerToSing
      @PowerToSing  2 года назад +2

      It's a system that helps a suffering, struggling singer become a confident singer/performer so that singing and performing is second nature. It is presented in course called Second Nature Singing.
