Thanks for pointing out the differences. I bought the 91. Why? The straight steel shaft is going to last. The 4mix engine has been around a while. I think if you pay attention to the signs that the valves need adjusting you’ll be fine. I have noticed that the 4 mix isn’t a super screaming fast engine. But, it does use less fuel and you never see any smoke. Super quiet. Great video.
had stihl before they didnt cover carbs on my weed wacker blower or chainsaw said sorry not covering warranty found out from 3 different dealers they all said they changed to using a cheaper carb and are not covering warranty and all 3 dealers are telling people dont buy stihl anymore they said buy a echo husky or redmax
@@carlsmowerandsaw echo has the same problem on the newer models, its from half throttling, the newer carbs on the stihls and echos carbon/soot up real bad unless they being run wide open. I service my own equipment and noticed a huge difference on how quick the carbs clog up on the stihls and echos from the last year or two, vs the ones I got that are 8+ years old.

Thanks for watching and your feedback
Good video. I’m planning on getting one or the other of these and didn’t really know the differences. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for subscribing
You never mentioned that the 91 is 4 stroke?
Maybe. I cover it in other videos that it is a 4 mix. Nice catch.
Fantastic content 👌 👏 👍
Thank you so much 👍
My 94R has a solid drive shaft, not a cable 🤔
