Where do you find the extra sets of punch cards?
I have a question this might sound kind of dumb but can I use every other needle with a lace carriage?
To pattern with? you would likely need to ensure that your punchcard is designed to allow this.
Do you know where the fashion lace cards ca be purchased? Thanks much!
You might be able to source the images of the card sets on machine knitting etc. and attempt to mark/punch them yourself? Lace takes a fraction of the time to punch out compared with colourwork!
Hi, I am trying to use my lc2 with zippy plus and the pattern is doing ok for a few rows then random stitches either drop or are placed on sinker posts instead of needles where padding over should be. Any hints? I've tried changing tension. Moving weights, taking off ribber attachment and still happens
I know you said you had attempted taking off the ribber attachment. Did this also include changing the clamps to place the machine back to flat position instead of angled? Sometimes that might helps.
@@buttonmousetheweemachinekn6344 hi, yeah as someone had suggested that it might help. I've found a place that can service it so thinking it might make sense to get it serviced as it's not been looked at for years.
@@carriejames3783 that would have been my next recommendation unless you know of someone with another knitmaster machine you could test the carriage on, or vice versa.

How do you do stogingstich in between lace patern
Thanks for a great question. I personally would lock my card, if it was a fashion lace card I would do it after the 1st knit row. Then I would pull my side levers to the dot (since the triangle means it will replicate the pattern card) once I'm ready to switch back I would do the same in reverse. Push the levers back and then unlock the card. Unless you want the lace to restart on a specific row.

Have a look at the brother lace cards video. Those ones with the curved arrow are meant for brother.
