    Why not to create a WY LLC and name the manager as the Trustee of the Land Trust from the beginning and nobody needs to resign ⁉️🧐🤔

      Yes you can do that but in some of the examples I described it might create some issues.

    Clint, with a nominee trustee, this can keep anonymity when financing a property since the trustee will be the one signing the mortgage recorded in the public records? Then have them resign?

    Thank you so much. What if I put it in an Allodial trust. Would it be protected then?

      Not unless the state where the trust is created recognizes an allodial trust and its asset protection benefits.

    Client asked this question and I'm passing it on to you as I'm just an agent and not an attorney: can you set up the trust before you start purchasing the land, or wait until after? This is state of Alaska.

    Nice CLINT as Always , then the Land Trust is Exempt the Fill the BOI the FIN..CEN? or Not EXEMPT?
