It might be that the United States already has a ton of people trading electronics to them, so try to scroll down a little bit so that there are other AI countries that haven't been sold to yet.
You need to go very early and then sell them quickly before any other does and if the yellow name is on the country in trades that means it's a player if it isn't yellow it means it's AI
I make 2 factories per square cities : i begin with 2 electronics and 2 Steel then i make 1 motor and 1 fertilizer, then i make the 2nd motor and the 2nd fertilizer, at the end i make around 5 civilian factories (creating Electronic can make like 5 millions and civilian can make 10-15 millions)
Heres my strat. I get improve infatructure, then build 4 eletronics while invading ai nations, then I sell as much till I have 10 mil economy. Then I quicky build motor, steel, and fertilizer factory with 4 consumer good factory. Once my consumer good factory is finish building. I quickly sell them to india or brazil ,( Around 80 consumer goods). And the rest to AI nations like chille and australia which acepts like 7 or 8 consumer goods. At the end i ussally get a 25 Million economy. And if i try selling the rest to small nations like cuba or vietnam. I end up with a 30 million economy sometimes. Then I build 20k tanks, train them with thier leaders. And then invade USA. The nation I use for this is france or UK.
Even as a small nation if you have 4 cities you can use improve infastructure and ignlre safety regulations to build factories faster and cheaper. You will get a bit of corruption for the ignore safety regulations but you'll only need it to build the first few factories
what you need to do is to buy the ingredients from the economy tab when you click on the flag, when you make the factory it says that you need to buy, buy that and you should be good
@@Peachistan cant you just use improve infrastructure and ignore safety regulations, build all the factories needed and even get the factories before everyone? i always do that and its really good (just make sure to use anti-corruption spending if u going to do this)
@@aaaa-vp8cj costs PP and it isn't efficient for low populated countries but 3 electronic factories provides more stable income and it's better for long term.

i had this problem too, your factories aren’t doing anything because you don’t have the relevant resources. if your factories are red, that means that they don’t have supplies. all you need to do is go to the economy tab and trade the parts that you need to make your factory work. hope this helps!

Ill be honest, it's always best to do 1 fertilizer, 1 elec, 1 steel, and 1 motor unless you're a really small nation

i had this problem too, your factories aren’t doing anything because you don’t have the relevant resources. if your factories are red, that means that they don’t have supplies. all you need to do is go to the economy tab and trade the parts that you need to make your factory work. hope this helps!
