I love the fact that they have something like scar tape now, this is the first I've heard of it but 11 years ago I had some major surgery when I was 10 and the scars still aren't like flat nice looking. I love that there's now something to help with aesthetic healing as well I guess is what I'm saying? I'm awkward but extremely happy for you is the point of this I'm glad it went well.
Same here. Still wasn't a thing like 7-8 years ago when i had surgery that left a pretty nasty scar (had surgery quite often, must most of the times, the scars healed pretty good)

He just turned 18 so he’ll be able to get his testosterone soon and one day get his top surgery and I’m so excited for his future to finally be comfortable in his skin. Many children are younger than me and have an account and post stuff on it without their parents knowing. My parents know about my account. But what your one friend said about how educating people on gender and on your experience is admirable and is probably kind of a burden, but one that you’re capable of carrying - that GOT me. It was SO spot on. I’m the most boring cisgender straight girl, but I’m totally hooked on your videos because I feel like (in addition to the cuteness and creativity that clearly goes into your video ideas and editing), I just LEARN a lot from your channel, I learn things that I think make me a better person, an informed person who can be the type of open and honest and supportive that your friends were in this video. So, thank you, for sharing SO MUCH of yourself. These genuine, vulnerable things contribute so much and mean so much, your friend was right, it’s absolutely admirable.

I know I'm not Ash (obviously) but I just wanted to say that, even though it may feel unsatisfying, you can't do much. You can try to comfort him by calling him with his preferred name and pronouns and support him with all you have, but you can't change the people of your school and that is sad and a bad thing. You just can stand with him and try to go through it with him so that he doesn't have to be alone...

Imho it's not necessary at all. If you have your first boyfriend or girlfriend you show them to them, but they should not care what gender they are... 🤷
Ah, that’s brave of you! know that coming out can be difficult.
My advice would be wait until your ready to be asked questions, and maybe come up with some answers to questions people usually ask beforehand. (Although you probably don’t need to do that if you already spoke to your friends)
If you think your parents might not take it well, another way that I’ve heard no people coming out is by just mentioning or making hints that you might date boys and girls, and watching to see their reactions, then deciding what to do from there.
