I'm sure there'll be a guide out on it in a few months or on reddit or something, but the gist I can gather is that there are four big things responsible for these damage numbers. 1) He's playing on easy mode 2) against a low-defense enemy 3) Fiona gives two extra chain attack rounds, which adds up to an extra 400% damage at the end 4) he's set up all of his soulhacker party members as healers even if they use powerful attack arts, which allows him to use their attacks no matter how much TP they gain. I think the big damage comes in during the last two rounds, when he's allowed to unload his entire party on the enemy twice in a row.

Fiona refills the gauge as a completion bonus, and Ouroboros Order can be used even with an empty gauge.
