It seems like your sim card and network communications are ok. Please check the app. Check the 666 command also. If only the 999 command is not working then..maybe unfortunately your tracker is faulty.

Yes....You have to use an SD card reader.

There is no 2g usim in Korea, but does it work if I put 4g usim?
If there's no 2g sims, there's almost certainly no 2g network/towers anyway, in which case it couldn't work anyway.
