There's a button to play the sounds instead of manually moving the hands. Maybe it broke? I'm looking for clear sounds so I can set my alarm to every hour noise because ours broke after constant use.

Ok. It's in the Pattern I'm looking for. But as a Question, can the pitching be a little higher if changed with new Double "AA" Batteries?
Also, are these like a little newer while the ones with the other Pattern are a little older?

there is a light sensor at the 12 O'clock that senses light. So it not as loud.
