The three most likely candidates after Xerneas and Yveltal! How do y'all see the Mega starters going, what typing or ability would you predict?
Fire fairy, water poison, and grass rock. This is all because of the 7 star raids as they were given those specific Tera types. They should also give greninja a mega form and the other 2 starters mega evolution and battle bond
Mega Greninja: Electric/Dark, then instead of Mega Ash-Greninja you get Mega Pika-Greninja? (Z-A probably doesn't have Ash in it, but we know it's got Pikachu, so it'll be easy enough for The Player to get both to pull off a Mega-Bond Pokémon that way).

I’ve been saying this for a while now, but their typings after Mega Evolving should be Grass/Rock, Fire/Fairy, and Water/Poison; their secondary types references their Tera Type from the 7 Star Tera Raid battles in Scarlet and Violet
No, make Chestnaught Grass/Steel.
Chesnaught should be grass steel.
All of them reference a class from an MMO or fighting archetype:
Delphox - Mage/Sorcerer
Chesnaught - Tank/Juggernaut
Greninja - Assassin/Rogue
I always thought Mega Greninja's shuriken looks like the blue X of pokémon X and that it would be cool if Delphox had a red Y magic broom and Chesnaught got a green nunchaku making the green Z letter when they mega evolve. That would be cool if their weapons would make the game's letter while mega evolving
Don't forget they did remove ash greninjas transformation from the game in the newer versions so the chances for Greninja getting a mega is very high
Ash-Greninja's ability should've been Technician. In the anime it looked like all of his moves were enhanced(Cut and Aerial Ace) not just Water Shuriken
That's because it also gets an attack bosst when the ability activates, not to mention the form simply having higher stats

@@bx5815 You misunderstand. The other moves get stronger because they're being used by a pokemon that _is_ stronger. It's simply that Water Shuriken gets boosted *more.*
@@J.Blazer @J.Blazer I'm referring to the Anime to the Game. Ash-Greninja was first introduced in the Anime where it only knows Water Shuriken, Cut, Aerial Ace and Double team. All of the attacking moves had a power of 60 below. And it was shown in the Anime that all those Moves got buffed i.e. Technician should've been the Ability of Ash-Greninja, rather than the current effect of Battle Bond that it only boosts Water Shuriken.
And of course it's stats is stronger duh. It's technically a mega
All I want is for Mega Delphox to go back to the magical girl/witch design themes Braixen had, she shows off so much personality yet Delphox is just a boring old mage.
She needs to go on the broom, and her legs need to be visible so it isn’t just a long plain dress, and the witch hat is a necessity lol
Also give her a new signature move while we’re at it… make her fire fairy would be super epic

Strongly agree! Delphox feels somewhat cheated. Greninja and Chestnaught are great, in my opinion, but Delphox is boring, like you said. Has a Mega Evolution it MUST have the staff/broom and mage hat.

Delphox deserves more love! Love that fire starter in X and Y.
Cool concept idea for their sig moves, When Mega evolved their moves act kinda like Flying Press. The move Switches from whatever type would do more, Delphox's Mystical Fire would be Fire/Psychic, Greninja's Water Shuriken would be Water/Dark, and Chestnaut needs a new sig move.

I like the idea of them getting mega evolutions i wouldnt mind them also receiving a new signature move. So Chesnaught gets a new defensive fighting move, Delphox gets a new psychic move and Greninja gets a new dark move. Would be cool and could probably be reflective in their new mega evolution
Mega Greninja could totally be a physical version, and use the water kunais he uses in smash bros in his idle pose holding 2 of them, and using them in a new signature move

Yeah, i think its gonna mirror the way that in the original game, your main set of starters couldnt mega evolve (in this case the three starters from different regions) but you get an extra set of starters (originally the kanto ones, this time the kalos ones) that do mega evolve

Ya know, a thought popped in my mind. What if mega chestnaught took the route of resembling a marshal from fire emblem radiant dawn. It's clad out in massive yet sleek armor while holding a massive and sleek shield and able to counter attack with a sturdy and elegant vine lance or axe. Delphox could delve into being a wise and powerful sage able to cast powerful spells of all anima magic with its trusty tome or necronomicon, whichever floats your boat. Greninja could become a master class assassin that pretends to fight honorably just to lure it's opponent into a false sense of sportsmanship to strike at their weakness.
Ive been a pokemon fan since its birth and i think kalos and alola have been my favorite generations. I love the kalos starters. They deserved megas just as much as gen 1 and 3. I wish i could leave multiple likes. Lol has khu said anything?

Mega Greninja could focus on using a different ninja tool. I think a kusarigama would be awesome! However, kunai and ninjato would also be good candidates too. Let's be real though he'll probably end up flying on a giant shuriken. Whatever the case it definitely needs to learn the move Aqua Cutter.

They should make chesnaught steel/grass for his mega and either keep bulletproofs give it iron barbs as an abitly(or a renamed copy like libero) OR a new ability like how kangaskhan gets parental bond

Honestly giving the Kalos starters mega evolutions will create a big plot hole as to why they did not get megas in X & Y
Not really. It can easily be fixed by saying their stones were lost in time or hidden if the game is set in the past. If set in the future, the stones were recently discovered. Easy fix

I think they will give the Kallos starters battle bonds. Greninja already has it like Blaziken had a mega in X and Y before the rest of its trio. And they will give megas to the starters you 'll get in the beginning.

Grass/rock or steel Chesnaught should go tanky fighter, more aggressive stats and a signature move based on conkers and wrecking balls that absolutely wrecks house, maybe an ability that deals heavy recoil back on fire type moves, or heals a in sun and when taking a fire type move, along the lines of sap sipper or water absorb

Honestly the fox looks more like a Japanese Shrine Maiden or Miko than a witch.
The starters will likely get battle bond form to go with greninja, I'd love to see talonflame, florges, aromatisse, slurpuff, heliolisk, hawlucha and/or carbink to get a mega form... These seem like most suitable candidates from kalos... Any of these I'll be happy :)

It will be sick to make mega chestnaurt have a offensive signature, idk like Shell Bash where it hits you like parent bond, like spiked shield gives an extra damage stacked with normal damage, and Delphox to take a witch form is sick but maybe give it a move that is to do with fire but has a chance to confuse to take physic into account, Greninja make it from Ninja to Samurai and it has a move is called Idk Aqua Blade, which has a chance to frostbite (like legends)

Mega Chesnut should have an ability to where the attacker on first strike gets spiked for hitting his shell and also reduces the hp taken by a certain % don’t know that’s a thing right now but I think that would be super cool to have since he is built like a fortress.
Going of the idea that their megas will bring out their secondary typing Imagine when they mega evolve their typings switch so for example greninja would be a primary dark type type with secondary water and their megas would heavily reflect that.

This would be super cool and getting plenty of new megas instead of a small amount also nice, like it’s a solo legends game why not go all out with megas kalos start megas, legend starter megas, throw 8 more in and mega yevaltal/xernas
Delphox: it's wand grows into a staff and rides it like a flaming broom until it attacks
Chestnaught: its arms get spiked armor braces the he uses to curl up into a ball with its signature move and balls over the enemy.
Greninja: big suriken... we all know this.
And all of them should have upgraded signature moves like ash greninja got in the game.
I think it'll be more likely that Delphox and Chestnaught get Battle Bond forms (if they are using that duality) than all three getting Megas.

I think Chesnaught will be released from its shell and be Nimble as hell With its Right hand Being a Spear or Sharp Shaped and its Left hand being shaped as if A shield just like Ancient Roman Soldiers , Delphox should be More Special Aligned so a sick Fox on its broom would be quite nice and for Lil ‘ol Gren Gren it should be A bit of a Physical set for X and Special for Y , I think X should be A Water/Flying type since Ninjas should be Nimble and Greninja already learns some Flying type moves such as Aerial Ace and such , For Y what’d be cool is something close to Ash-Greninja with like a More Secretive and Hidden Look Camouflaged
I think the best candidates for gen 6 megas would be diggersby, talonflame, gogoat, heliolisk, and the two fossils, tyrantrum and aurorus (dropping the rock type to become dragon/steel and ice/fairy would be cool :) )

If you look at delphox and chespin, YOu can see where they were possibly going to fuse them with serena and clemont in the anime.
Finally... I hope for some love for the gen 6 starters. Even Greninja got hella nerfed with Battle Bond being less cooler and worse overall.

Prediction for the new game, the starters will be like the last set of starters where they will get regional variant, or I guess a bond as we discussed in the last video, and then the secondary starters will be the Kalos starters, which will get me evolutions and at the same time Zygar will get fusions with the other two as for the new Charizard, it’s honestly a 50-50 chance. I hope it doesn’t happen, but it probably will cause it’s the mascot after all, but please, for God sakes give Team Shadow, some new and good ghost types.

Here is an idea for Greninja x and y , one form would be very assassin type ninja (turn into water/ poison)which focuses on special type of moves and other turns into a fighter type (turns into water/fighting) of ninja with sai or like Sasuke's sword made of water

Honestly, so that it lines up better with your previous theory of Battle Bonds, the OG Kalos starters should get Battle Bonds and the Legends starters (So Piplup, Snivy and Torchic/Cinderace) should get a Mega (ofc Blaziken doesn't need a new one). I mean, Greninja with Battle Bond IS still a thing, even if it works way different now.
And if the Kalos starters do get Megas, then the Legends starters should just get regional evolutions. (Fire/Electric Blaziken or Cinderace would be sick). It feels like spitting on their face if the OG trio gets Megas while the new starters get Battle Bond for no reason.
Also, the 1st Mega Delphox is actually such a good design, though the fur on it's face and legs should be a bit more reminiscent of Hoopsandhiphop's Mega Delphox. Not in terms of color, but in terms of the "magical fiery aesthetic" i.e. how the fur looks more like fire than actual fur. That small adjustment aside, this Mega Delphox is so cool. And honestly, even without the change I still love this design. Hoopsandhiphop's Mega Delphox is a close second, though. I'd personally change the color of purple to the red and auburn colors featured in regular Delphox's design.

Why does the Kalos region have the smallest Pokédex in Pokémon history? Maybe some old Pokémon and regional variants from Kalos went extinct after the ultimate weapon was used during the war! Dark concept, but they could cover this if it takes place in the past. Maybe it also destroyed certain mega stones so some Mega forms also went extinct
Hopefully megas aren't exclusive to the "Noble" Pokémon but I do hope each Noble DOES have a mega, as long as they carry over that formula (I hope they do, it was fun).
