I’ve started to believe that Gen 10 might actually release holidays 2025 because it makes way more sense to have Gen 10 out to do all sorts of events to celebrate the 30th anniversary, instead of doing all those events in a game that will have been completed already for 2 years and long in the tooth (with a new console already out).
Not being funny but Khu definitely knew nothing about Z-A so its going to take more than this for me to believe them
Right khu didn’t hint at all about PLZA and then there was some of the stuff for SV that khu got wrong and said it got scrapped and they changed their name hinting at a Pokémon movie that never came. There recent stuff has been confusing as well like there is 3 games coming soon then now oh we aren’t getting anything soon. So taking everything with a huge grain of salt. Also I’m waiting till the end of may to see if we get a mainline or spinoff game it is when USUM, ORAS and let’s go where announced and came out in November and they have 3 studios GF, ILCA and Pokémon works that can give us a game. They could also have other studios doing spinoffs like we had in the past genius sorority mostly makes Pokémon spinoffs and hasn’t done a game since 2020 with Pokémon cafe remix other big 1s they did was the colosseum games and battle revolution then HAL did Pokémon snap and Pokémon rangers and last game was a Kirby game in 2022 and Bandai Namco did new Pokémon snap and the pokken games. So any of those could do a Pokémon game and I definitely don’t see Pokémon works not making any money for years. The games I would love to see are kanto set in the future the PC and rivals are red and blue kids and they build the battle tree/tower/frontier in kanto like they said in SM/USUM and daisy oak is the professor etc. or a Pokémon team rocket origins game we see how they where made who is silver mom and what happened to her etc or a remaster or new game of conquest, colosseum or rangers games or Pokémon warriors game or a game with all the Pokémon mini games and new 1s to or a game like detective pikachu with a girl and female eevee that solves human ghosts mysteries to help them move on or a psychic trainer or ninja trainer that is in a school or village training there skills and Pokémon. With the psychic trainer you get to pick the psychic ability you have telepathic, telekinesis, teleportation, future sight, aura then they expanded on it with abilities not already in the Pokémon games with psychic elemental powers.
He also didnt know about the other mythical he kept talking about, and kept saying about pk hex feature and other things. hes been wrong for a while now. im assuming he lost his source at the end of SV. im glad bros a creeper and makes the twitter community toxic

Region theory: Mythical = Next region. Pecharunt = poison/ghost peach. Possible locations: Australia (poisonous) or China (peach central) or Individualist country (peach culture)
Considering the Japanese folklore theme and the fact they might want to add more references to earlier games for this milestone, maybe back to Japan?
Like, maybe they add a region based on another part of Japan nearby Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh with more references to them, past characters, etc. I could definitely see a new region that’s, say, north of Kanto and Johto, and having some characters from Kanto and Johto show up.
It could be based on the Italian Provinces, as well. Stretching from the Northern Alps and Nova Dalmatia all the way down to Sicily and Malta. Italian Peninsula does resemble Hokkaido in some occasions and it could definitely feature multiple "extinct" Pokémon. The Roman Imperial Province held the largest population of the Roman Empire and had the largest biodiversity.
Well I do hope we get the start of Generation X (aka 10) in the franchise's 30th anniversary year. ^^

Hot take i think we'll know by the end of July at least a decent chunk of information regarding the next year and a half of Pokemon.
Obviously theres a Nintendo direct in june, however there's a decent chance that there's a separate Pokemon presents in july. I think it depends entirely on how much stuff they have planned.
Like if they do have a secret project ready for holiday 2024 along with even a 1 minute trailer for ZA, starter reveal basic character introductions etc, and then the other stuff like all the side game updates and maybe even 1 new spin off/remake then thats enough content for around a 15-20 Minute Pokemon presents in July.
But if they only have like a basic trailer for ZA, or maybe just the reveal of a 2024 game and a simple update of ZA then i can see it sliding into a direct as obviously they wouldn't have enough content and news to make their own full on presents.

Some people think Gen 10 will come in 2026, which makes sense because the 30th anniversary of the franchise(1996) in 2026. If its true, that means we will get a big announcement for the Pokémon anime since 2027 will be the 30th anniversary of the anime(1997).

My only doubt about a Winter release of Legends Z-A would be the Switch successor coming out before then since they already have Legends Z-A listed for the Nintendo Switch
I feel like there’s a couple different ways in which that can play out.
They could release the game on both systems like they did with Breath of the Wild on the Wii U, though Pokemon has never really done that before with a main series game, it’s not impossible for them to do so.
Maybe the Switch 2 (Title Pending) won’t come out next year, the Switch back when it was still known as the NX was announced 2 years before being released in 2017, not saying this new console has to go through the exact same release cycle but it’s possible we won’t be getting it until 2026.
Or lastly, the Switch icon in the trailer was just a placeholder and The Pokemon Company had to add it do to some contractual obligation or something along those lines, since they couldn’t exactly leak the fact that the game will be coming out on an unannounced console.
Not that I actually know what I’m talking about here, I’m just guessing using whatever limited knowledge I have.
@@benram9545 Nah, I think that's all pretty fair. I think that the Switch is just unlikely to push beyond another year though since there's clear signs of it slowing down and Furukawa said "software for late 2024" which is unusual they usually wouldn't say something so specific since they've often announced games far earlier than there release window.
Personally my hope is something like a reveal to release of Switch 2 that lines up in a way that Legends Z-A makes sense to still release on both but we already have the system. But that comes with the optimization of it being more compromised than usual since two skews-(could help if the hardware is mostly the same though) but I don't see them doing a BW situation where its only on the old system with how massive Pokémon games are and it possibly being a near launch title not releasing it on the next console would be crazy
@@ListlessWitherit could be like DS/3DS it comes out on the switch but can be played on the switch 2. We will just have to see the release dates of both of them because PLZA could come out in Jan-Mar while the switch 2 won’t come out till Nov-Dec.

I am thinking that, Gen 10 may be based on India, because they are now posting videos out of nowhere this year on the Pokemon India official RUclips channel. They also bring the Pokemon horizon on T.V. as soon as possible in India (Think about it, we got black and white series dubbed in 2018 or 19). And also this year they have officially collaborated with many popular Indian brands and Teams (one of them being Mumbai Indians, the cricket team in the Indian Premier league.)
So that's why, I'm thinking that they are studying Indian culture and the environment, gathering the Indian fanbase. I am speculating about this because they are now hyperactive in India out of nowhere.

India is a possibility definitely with copperaja most likely being brought from a India region to galar. Some others I could see would be we get another Japan region, another US region based on Alaska, Texas, Florida etc, a region bordering another region Mexico, Canada, Italy.

GF is booked PLZA is going to be the game for 2025 since it might not be coming out early in the year but in the middle/late 2025, then GF will do gen 10 in 2026 for Pokémon 30th anniversary then gen 10 dlc 2027 and we know GF is collaborating with another studio to make a game called project bloom coming in 2026. So they are totally not making anything else but what is mentioned above but there is ILCA and Pokémon works which has GF/ILCA/new employees that could make something this year or next year like Pokémon works could make kanto set in the future with red/blue kids as the PC and rivals while red/blue built and run the battle tree/tower/frontier they said they would in SM/USUM and daisy oak is the professor now etc or have a Pokémon team rocket origins game where we see how they got started and who is silver mom etc or they could do ports of gen 1-3

Pokemon legends z-a should use all of the ideas that were going to be in the third version of the Pokémon x and y games plus that they add 185-215 brand new Pokémon, 50-60 regional variants, 120-130 convergent species, the “A”legendary
And that generation 10 is set in a large region like either Russia, Australia or even Africa and that we see like from 700-900 or even 1100-1600 brand new Pokémon and no returning Pokémon of any kind or anything related to old Pokemon, heck, no regional variants or even convergent species of any old Pokemon. Every single new Pokemon should be completely unique no matter which of the three aforementioned countries they end up using for gen 10 region. I would like a Russia region for it would have space for 1600 brand new Pokemon but Australia is the true example of a region with only completely new and unique Pokémon
Basically every mainline game comes out three years after the last which places gen 10 in 2025 which might mean that we’re getting an extra in 2026
We already knew gen 10 was gonna come out for the 30th anniversary and it's going to take place in italy, greece and the entire mediterrean. Or they're going to finally have 1 big game full of all the japan regions+ a new one being the region north of johto and kanto. If we are getting anything else its gen 5 remakes in between or spin offs.

@@VENOM-lp3qf It's where everyone else thinks its going to go. Gamefreak went to Spain and Portugal after they went to France for inspiration. And after they went to the UK and italy. There's way too much stuff they can do with italy, especially they have an insane long history that birthed modern civilization as we know it. There will be another Lumiose type city, in Rome but instead of just a gym being there, the elite 4 is housed in the colosseum. Theres so many pokemon that could be made from roman and italian history and nature alone.

I think Z-A will be release with the new switch and be like BOTW was. I think with the new switch will drive sales so I don’t see it releasing in the winter possibly March or April.

Right I would love if they had spinoff games coming out like they use to, now we mostly get mobile or console/mobile games instead of just console games. I would love a remaster or new conquest, rangers or colosseum game or new console spinoff games like a game with all the Pokémon mini games with new 1s to or a game like detective pikachu the PC is a girl and female eevee that solves human ghosts mysteries so they can move on or a ninja trainer or psychic trainer in a village or school training there Pokémon and abilities. We haven't really had any hints with in the games. The only thing I can think of is maybe going back to Japan and finishing up the country. Sinjoh has been confirmed, but we don't know anything about it. We also haven't been back in the Americas since Gen 7 and with remakes of BW probably coming during Gen 10, we will probably go back to America somewhere. Alaska being a massive possibility. Or even the Gulf of Mexico. There is a lot of places we could go in North America alone.
Hyping up gen10 is like hyping up Coachella, it's GOING to happen regardless so what's the point of trying to larp on it, and with PokemonsTM track record it's every 3-4 years they release a new gen. We BEEN knew the 30th anniversary would feature gen10. Khu is just gripping at the most obvious things now so he can't be wrong about it later. He minds well say "We'll get new regional forms for Legends Z-A" as if we didn't already know that either from the past game.

Here’s my theory of what’s going on with Pokemon and switch 2 I think the switch 2 will come out with a Pokemon game for extra hype so I think in early mid 2025 we get a direct for Pokemon AZ and a trailer for switch 2 then in 2026 switch 2 comes out a month or two after December along side gen ten
