@@raahym sure. Compound movements where you need to stabilise whole body build more muscle/strength. Dips are said to be the upper body squat. It is THE best tricep builder in my opinion (if your head is looking straight. If downward it is building more chest). I got a dip bar for my home during lockdown when gyms where closed and my arms got really big with weighted dips. Also explosive pushups is a plyometric exercise and builds fast twitch muscles = punching speed/power Edit: if you want to "build" chest muscle for aesthetics the #1 best exercise are ring pushups ;-)
I would recommend 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps, try aim for a 80% of max (6 reps) on last set. Mauy thai requires a lot of endurance. Therefore, don’t see a point in doing 1 rep maxs on lifts
they probably do more body weight exercises as it’s more common to be done in thai gyms rather than full workout equipment. definitely another alternative to weighted exercises
Look at other champs like tawanchai, superbon… I’m sure these guys (buakaw, rodtang…) include it somewhat possibly with a more endurance or power approach but it’s definitely beneficial if you do it right. Just do the research I guess and try find what u csn
I train mt 7-9 classes a week plus 3-5 times weights training, work and care for my new daughter and house chores 😅
W bro keep it up🔥🔥💪
The trouble I been having is finding time to train, work, and lift weight. I want to get bigger. 💪🏽
there is always time
Lift 2-3x a week, train 2-3x a week. If you do it right its more than enough.
Eat more, thats the only way u grow lol
dumbbell alternatives to all except kettlebell swings😅 i don’t have a barbell
Thanks for the vids Sean, it's appreciated 👌
Change that dumbbel press to (weighted) Dips or explosive pushups imo
Can I ask why? Because dips and push-ups train the lower and mid chest more compared to the incline press where the upper chest gets engaged.

Does bench press help?
Its almost the same as the dumbbell press, but this gives more ROM and lets you correct imbalances
