    I can't concentrate, life pressure, pressure of making a living, is there any way for me to get rid of this suffering?

      You really addicted to suffering believe it or not. Is a illusion your mind makes . I feel like that sometimes too. Is not that u cant concentrate u just need to focus at the great things & feelings about yourself. Watch how heavy life burdens just slowly goes away
