You really were struggling and mistreated but the fact that you are looking for the good and keeping a positive attitude you are a blessing to your children.
My history with an autistic person I tried to make a life with is very similar to yours. You are even more of a survivor than I am. You are a hero and angel for your kids. You deserve all good things. God truly provides. God bless you and your family!!
Yes, life with an autistic person can be very difficult and confusing. If I hadn't gotten out I probably would have killed myself. I'm very grateful for my 2 adult children..recently I've been struggling financially and they n their spouses have stepped up numerous times to help me out...I'm so glad I put so much time into them as children they turned out to be fabulous adults

This appeared at the top of the list of videos RUclips recommended that I watch today. God speaks to us in the most subtle ways and I needed to watch this today. I have been feeling so weary, out of it, discouraged, and worried, that I was beginning to forget all the blessings God has given me this year. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
I love your positivity through all the struggles you've faced when your husband hasn't provided. I'm so sorry he is not helpful but obviously you and your kids are thriving without him! Keep counting your blessings mama!

I love how you have kept track of how God has provided for you over the years. I can’t imagine how difficult it was to make do for so many years with all of your kids. You remind me a lot of my Grandma. She had 12 kids, and while she never got divorced, my Grandpa was unemployed and an alcoholic. She worked as hard as she could to make ends meet. Ot was a different era, so my Mom was the only one of 12 kids who graduated from high school. The rest all had to quit and help work or move out as teens because my Grandma couldn’t afford to feed them all 😢. Through it all though, my Grandma was always generous and she held onto her faith. I wish I had had more time with her.

As I'm watching this the song Count Your Blessings is playing in my head. The one with the lyrics " count your blessings, name them one by one, count your blessings see what God has done...". That's exactly what you've done. Hard times are easier to weather when we keep our eyes on God. This is such a great reminder for me thank you. ❤ Your testimony is such a testament to God's faithfulness.

You did an amazing job of letting us know of God's blessings, and how he provides, for our every needs and even our wants. You're a wonderful mom to your kids teaching them to be givers and doers, and to work hard and lean on God for all of our needs. I'm sorry you had such a rough , not good marriage to your husband you should never have to suffer I these ways. You're an inspiration and a blessing to others who hear your stories and I'm going to start again by writing down my blessings everyday!! God bless you all!!
Thank you so much for sharing all your miracles. I'm ashamed to say that after my kids have grown, and my husband died.. I no longer look for the small and great miracles of My God. I remember raising my family I sounded like you... grateful for every touch from Jesus. My physical needs seem few now but it's more the spiritual that I now need. Praying God will answer those just like he did all my physical and all your physical as well. Thank you for bringing this back to my memory. I am 70 and I still have things to believe God for in my life and my family's life.
It's amazing how He works, isn't it? Nothing quite like having a mirror held up, seeing ourselves in othere~ as well as our lack, what we've wandered away from. God knows us so well, I figure there's not much point in dwelling on what He's keenly aware of. I'm grateful for the light to be shone, even when it's lighting up some dark corners that need my attention. Had a friend in junior high with the same name, but she always went by her nickname, which was "Beans". I remember wondering why on earth would she not use her real name, which was so much better?! 🤣Imho anyhow.

I wanted to personally thank you for sharing these miracle stories! We have struggled for almost 2 years with jobs for my sweet husband, they keep lumping him with a man with the same name that has a felony and they fire him days after starting a job. Thank you for reminding me of the many miracles we've had the whole time we've been going through these struggles! I love your channel! We take for granted many miracles! Once when I was a midwifery student and money was very tight I was down to my last £10 in the bank, I did a carefully planned food shop for the next few days and at the til the power went down in the store. Because of they type of debit card I had they could not put it through manually and I did not have the cash on me, and as my basket of food was so modest the store manager said, “it’s ok, you can have this for free”. It was such an unexpected but huge help that week!

Thank you for sharing the reality of God's providence. Faith is the key, I think, and you definitely have that! Our family had seven kids and just like you are doing here, my mother would point out the blessings and providence of God to us. She did it each time she noticed it occurred, but the fact that you keep a notebook of all the blessings is a precious resource for your kids for years to come. People do need the encouragement to trust that God DOES provide and your witness is a blessing to us all. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Oh good. I'm glad you said that. I'm not bitter. I feel terrible for Nathan who has a much harder life than I do. All my experiences have been for my good and brought me closer to Christ. And I have a beautiful life now.

Oh my goodness Marcie, I know just what you mean about not wanting to leave anything out. God's blessings are SO abundant, it's difficult to keep track sometimes!
I also had a waterbed in the early days, & absolutely loved it. Especially for nursing babies at night, plus we lived in WA State where it's cold & rainy, so the heated water bed was quite comforting & soothing for the little ones. I remember wanting those Little Tykes sandboxes & climbing cubes, & I did the same thing as far as finding things here & there at yard sales & such. We made bookshelves from bricks & boards, & had a large wooden,(formerly copper wire) spool for a dining table. I found an old fashioned baby stroller, the metal kind w/an awning, but it had no fabric or coverings. I used an old pair of my husband's Levi's & a favorite long, cotton, blue flowered dress to cut up & hand sew fabric covers & trim for the stroller~ it was really neat, I loved that project & felt so accomplished. Lots of things like that.
I have to admit that I was not always walking in faith or living in His will, yet the Lord was ALWAYS there for me~ I was the absent one, I know that in retrospect. Of course there were times when I would refuse to see this, or rely on my own understanding of the world, & things were truly awful~ of course. It's no longer embarassing to talk about, but only because He's shown me the value of that outward ripple effect each of our lives have. Every pebble in the pond, so to speak, has potential to serve & bless others. My truth may not always have been pretty, but it it will always be useful~ and God is faithful to correct our missteps, to forgive our sins. I am so much more than grateful, there are no words to cover how loved & cared for I feel by our heavenly Father.
*Btw, your stories are never "too long", imho~ though I realize you're trying to honor practical guidelines. It's always such a blessing to hear of God's hand on His children's lives, so thank you deeply for sharing yours Marcie. Faith is such a small thing to ask for such massive return, isn't it? And don’t forget that we made a covenant at baptism to look out for each other and help - so when others in the church give you help, they are just doing what they promised God they would do! And they love doing it! We should never offer help grudgingly. But if someone does, that ‘s their problem, not yours.

So many times when I have needed or wanted something and haven't had the money, I put it out in the universe verbally. A lot of times I would then find it along the curb or from a friend who happened to be wanting to get rid of it.

Yes! It’s been that way for me and my family through the years. The Lord has seen to those provisions that help with making things amenable to homemaking❤. I’ve been grateful and looking back on His providing, warms my heart to see His care in all the little and big answers to prayers.

Have you thought of writing a course on how you run your home? I think people would enjoy that. I have my husband, but I pretty much run a homestead, homeschool, and manage the household, finances, etc. Sometimes its overwhelming. You do it all by yourself. How do you get your kids involved? How do you make sure everyone is fed, chores are done? What is the method to your madness?
that's such a good idea!! I am not a mom yet, but I would love such a course to be prepared to being a mum to (hopefully) many babies...:) !
No, I haven't! I'd have to look into it. I don't know much about online courses or how I'd write it/ what I'd include. How much would I charge? If I spent hours and days and weeks writing it, would people buy it? I'll definitely look into it. Thank you for the idea!

Does your children get to see their dad? Is his mental health better? Also, when I was a child, there was 4 of us and we were so poor that there's times we didn't have anything to eat and then there's times we just had crackers, we lived in car, our car and it was a small car and we did that for 2 or 3 weeks. And I remember.
My dad happened to cut our furniture up and burn in it in the woodstove. Because we couldn't afford to keep our electric in our water and heat on that. One thing that we did have was love and God has blessed us throughout the year. I lost my husband when I was 40 Sevan and I don't have. What I would like, but I have what I need.God is always faithful.God bless you and your family❤
She has said he is in a mental institution. That is why she gets no child support.

@baus7 yes she talked about it in several videos. He was mentally ill and divorced her and is in a hospital.
Our Father God is such a good Daddy! He looks at our hearts and our motives and He loves when His children trust Him and depend on Him and to acknowledge Him as the Source of all good things - He is our Provider, our Good Shepherd, He is our Protector, He is our Healer. Thank you for sharing the miracles and the blessings as this is your testimony. We overcome our enemy the devil by the Blood of the Lamb and by te Words of our testimony.- Revelation 12:11. Remember always that the Father, the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit love you and your children.

I really enjoyed this video. I’m not in your situation, but I do know what it’s like to have no money and to be blessed by groceries by someone who had NO idea we needed them. We went to visit, they were butchering lambs, and we are butchers! We showed them some tricks and helped break everything down. I rendered the tallow for them. When we left they gave us half a lamb as a thank you. Their neighbor had a huge bag of rice that he didn’t want and asked our friends if they wanted it. They said they didn’t eat rice so he looked at us and asked us. I said sure! My husband had recently lost his income and we haven’t told anyone. The Father was so good to us!
While we are better now, I homeschool our children and run our small homestead. My day is so full! But, I’ve been able to find a few homes and air bnb’s to clean. I am able to bring my children and they get a treat for helping me. It’s been a huge blessing and I actually really enjoy it! The homes I clean once a month. The air bnb was once or twice a week. Obviously the more people helping, the quicker it is!
I love that story! What a sweet little miracle. And I love you cleaning houses too. I also bring my children to houses I clean and the kids get a treat and also feel proud for being able to help. They all know we're praying for jobs and are happy when they can do their part to contribute to the family finances. I try to make it fun while cleaning too and hopefully they'll grow up with good memories of working together. You're right, the more people the quicker it is!
