    • Aggressive Rottweiler ...
This aggressive and out of control Rottweiler was on a course to seriously injure herself, her owner or others with her aggressive and reactive behavior. Her owner Frank, an elderly gentleman, has become unable to handle her and is desperate for a solution now. We provide that solution by giving the dog the correction it should have received long ago for completely unacceptable behavior. This is a large and powerful animal that is still growing. If we can't get her back under control and on the right path now then her future options start to run out.
I make absolutely no excuses for the correction this dog receives. This simple, mild 1 second correction literally solves her problem instantly and sets her back on the right course for the rest of her life. Afterwards, she was able to be around several other dogs and walk right next to one without any issues. Whereas before, you couldn't get within 5 or 10 ft of her with another dog or car without her firing off.
If you think this problem could be solved with treats, hugs and unicorn 🦄 kisses then unfortunately you are sadly mistaken. Thank you for watching!

My favorite line in your details : "If you think this problem could be solved with treats, hugs and unicorn 🦄 kisses then unfortunately you are sadly mistaken!" I have 2 big Rotties and when I went to training with them and learned how to properly use the prong collar, that quick yelp no longer made me feel bad for the dogs. It's a tool that has been so helpful to me.

I love dogs reaction when they have never been corrected to the first correction in their lives ;)

  • @Lcali43

He got alot of bang for his buck w that big dog. He has to gain control that's like him driving a Ferrari and he sb driving a golf cart.

  • @thetruepatriot7733

The old man actually has good instincts and quick reflexes...respect.

"drop the f-bomb", amazing! I keep on improving my language skill as well as my dog-training knowledge on your channel 🙂 But yes, that little yelp is a good indicator that learning is happening. Great job in helping this elderly man and his dog. I wish there were more Garret Wings out there. Good, therefore, that you are training assistants!

Hello. Sorry for my English. This is a translator. My dog behaves well with others. But she hates two dogs from our village. We met today and had nowhere to go. My dog went crazy on the prong. To hold her back, I raised the leash, I knew what was going to happen. We finally passed because she didn't calm down, I pulled the leash hard, the correction should have been strong earlier, but she didn't respond to small corrections and I didn't want people to judge me too much. So there was a stronger correction and she barked in shock ( I've never done it that hard), the correction was still at the moment when she did not calm down completely. After this correction, she didn't even look back at the dog we met. I don't have a problem with other dogs, but I do have a problem with the ones she hates. I wonder if my correction was unnecessary because I was late from the beginning because I was afraid of people's reaction. I know that if I already correct the dog, the correction must be stronger than her desire to attack, I did not achieve that.. Is it better then to avoid the correction if I am not capable of correcting as necessary.. I do not want small corrections provoke more aggression

Old man and Rottweiler 😂😂😂😂How often and for how long can an older person go out with a dog of this breed?

Awesome. The way my dad taught me to train dogs. You are by far the best trainer on RUclips. I appreciate your common sense ways to handle dogs. If you aren’t firm they don’t learn.

  • @katherinelove9062

What a sweet relationship between that frail old man and his lovely female rottie. 😅

Great work and it was a privilege watching you guide that gentleman to become the owner he needs to be. Had it in him along but you showed him the way.

My 4 1/2 month has started some overly focused behavior on walks, not aggressive or vocal but certainly a body language shift so this is great to watch x

  • @lisaleondires9576

You do amazing work with both owner and dog. I love it. Great video❤

    Nice work! Thanks for sharing!

I love the stubbing toe analogy. However, if you have a Corso, maybe they don’t make any sound or reaction like mine because they are impervious to pain. I’m dealing with this problem right now and he doesn’t bat an eye to prong correction when he’s locked on a target
