A quick question from an enh main moving to elemental in tww: I noticed you use your lava bursts quite often in AOE, I figured is because of the talent that grants an extra 15% damage in you next nature spell, is that right? I've watched a lot of streamers that say that even with the haste buff, is just better to wait for the lava burst proc, and you don´t, so I would very much like your take on this. Cheers!
Hey thank you! I mainly only hard cast lava burst at the beginning to get all the haste and maelstrom from pwave. When you get your next pwave you’ll wanna use that with lava surge and LMT. We are casting less and less lavaburst and more CL + LB single target. We just have too much synergy by casting lightning spells from flash of lightning. Every time we cast CL or LB it reduces most of our spells by 1second
Great video!!! Have you tried farseer storm build? I've tested It and it has been performing surprisingly amazing! Ancestors do A LOT of Aoe and ST if you take the longer ancestors and 20% more damage talents! It is also quite useful to have instant lava burst ready to go for every PW haste window with ancestral swiftness!
Hey Juan! I absolutely have and it’s better single target gain but less on aoe. It’s easier to play and flows better than tempest imo. It’s a good option to ease into Stormbringer!
@hollowblaze1 you could also use your brain and understand that not everyone pre-ordered the highest edition just for beta access...so no, I can't do it for myself so stfu lol. Also common sense dictates people would like to see what the spec is capable of without getting hard buffed by Aug.

I haven't played elemental shaman in several expansions but ive been messing around with it in pre patch,. It seems odd to me that stormbringer ele is still choosing the fire build talents in the ele tree. Is spreading flame shock still just amazing dps and good for reducing storm elemental cooldown? I thought that was really only for lava burst hitting multiple targets. Any insight is helpful thanks!
How do you get decent gear in beta? I tried setting up and I have fuck all haste it feels horrible. I couldnt get missives to work for crafting so wondering if im just missing somethin. Wanna test out ele vs warlock because the lock set appearance is dope, and the shaman one looks like fuckin football gear it makes me sad.
Actually, ele still has the nicest visuals i think. Unfortunately I can never enjoy is, since I always have to look at my fucking buttons and frontals/aoe crap T_T
That action tracker is really nice for figuring out what your doing in the rotation, thank you for including it on screen!
so fun to see 2 ele shams popping off in keys again. Not seen that since EQ scaled with haste back in Legion :D

Maybe try a single key without an Aug so we can see real dps?

Flame shock is good damage and skybreakers resets storm ele. Pwave with 6 flame shocks is also haste boost and maelstrom boost

Likely not. Fire farseer is probably still the play for raid single target

None really. Alchemy for longer phials but not many advantages in professions except gold.

I just used the gear from the vendors. Mostly the pvp vendor and tier

You get used to it. Once you play it many times you’ll find yourself memorizing your next abilities
