Actually berserk is more likely with one piece in manga bc of the mashed details and the full page full of different details and dialogues and whats going on berserk and op are very mashed up together in artand details,meanwhile opm is much more cleaner and sharper,all 3 goated art tho

Actually most of the backgrounds are made by the assitant mangakas but that doesn't mean murada himself can't draw these just that they are in a timeperiod of one chapter per week he doesn't draw these backgrounds mostly😅
Dont blame the animators , animating opm art in the same level is imposible since in anime they are moving also , season 2 was literally forced and rushed plus the studio that animated was burned , and they only had a few months to before released , so yeah for a season made in 3-4 months that's is pretty impressive
