This baffles me. At a prison I worked at, there would be ABSOLUTELY no way an inmate, especially a violent inmate would be taken outside, say, to the local hospital by 1 officer. The routine and execution of the trip is intricate, and NO way a single officer would be allowed through the gates of the prison, male or female. Sounds like someone else was in on it, or paying no attention. Shows how lax Florida prison system seems to be.
1. This happened in Alabama 2. Vicky White was not a lowly guard. She was an assistant director and supposedly pulled rank in order to get a booking officer to ignore normal procedure
I live in this state; it doesn't baffle me. Do a search for alabama sheriff + beach house and you'll see why lol. The sad thing is he killed an older woman (Allegedly) and I hope they catch him so her family gets some semblance of justice.
I feel for the victim family this is a slap in the face to them and says alot about the system. I don't wish bad on anyone but she's in for a rude awakening it's going to backfire on her ...
When caught she'll act as if she was taken hostage and her life will be good again. Depends on how much evidence the law enforcement will have to disprove that.
She was a lone 56 year old woman with no children! She had a “special relationship” with the inmate! She put in her retirement paperwork ... Friday was her last day on the job! Now she can't be fired!! She sold her home last month and moved in with her Mother! She never told her Mother that she was retiring! She transported a 6'9" violent male felon (by herself) to a non-existent court appointment! She told staff that she was ill and had a medical appointment scheduled after the the prisoner transport - so nobody expected her to return! She drove the patrol car directly to the parking lot where the car was abandoned - she never went near the Court house! Only in Alabama (and perhaps Mississippi) is this a coincidence!!! I would not be surprised if she collects the $10,000 reward if they are captured !!!
I think the guy will kill her at some point. He'll have his fun with her and take her $ tho before he likely kills her. She was only being used by this dude to escape.
All that planning she did (and I hope my assumption is wrong), only to find herself at the receiving end of her own weapon and her dreams of romance turned nightmare.

Who were her direct supervisors and why do they still have jobs? Watch the movie Casino: The dealers watch the gamblers. The pit bosses watch the dealers. The floor managers watch the pit bosses. The security people watch the floor managers. Is that method so hard to do in a prison system? Instead you have dopes not paying attention to dopes.

She was giving him extra food, ok, makes sense, he is 6'9" and 300lbs. An unfair fact of jails, some inmates get better treatment based on who they are, who and how active their family are and who they have as a lawyer(s). No excuse for not following rules! Supervisor or not she should not be allowed to take prisoner alone when rules say 2 corrections officers must escort. What ever fake paper trail she invented should have been caught as he didn't even have appointment for her to take him too. These clowns are in charge of keeping killers and rest locked up so public can be safe. Everyone who is responsible for not enforcing rules should be held accountable for whatever happens. It’s like their limiting releasing ALL the details pertaining to this escape. They find something new everyday, they’re procrastinating assuming she’s going to turn herself in. Just tell us everything NOW lbs

So you call it a "dry run" /test run but then say,you do know it wasn't successful. Obviously it was 🤣
NO.... THE DRY RUN WASN'T lol or else they would have escape 3 days earlier silly 🤣🤣🤣
A "wet run"! Because it was successful
@@kookycoolauntkaryn5884 A dry run is a test to see if it can be pulled off. Its a test and yes the original poster was correct. They were successful. She most likely tested the peoples knowledge and whether or not they would question her actions. Of course the dry run didn't involve the inmate but if there were questions on the dry run we may have never known about this because she would have aborted the real escape
And now she’s sipping on Margarita’s in Mexico 🇲🇽!!!!
That's like saying they had basketball practice 3 days before the real game didn't win at practicing but they won the game on game day...it's a damn practice run Matt kroschel
Alabama lol
1. This happened in Alabama
2. Vicky White was not a lowly guard. She was an assistant director and supposedly pulled rank in order to get a booking officer to ignore normal procedure
County jails are not prisons.
I live in this state; it doesn't baffle me. Do a search for alabama sheriff + beach house and you'll see why lol. The sad thing is he killed an older woman (Allegedly) and I hope they catch him so her family gets some semblance of justice.

Wow, she turned in papers to retire Friday, and no one threw her a party for the exemplary employee of the community.
I thought that too.
They said they were preparing to do so
And award her employee of the year for the 4th or 5th time on that day.
Love makes you do stupid...
I feel for the victim family this is a slap in the face to them and says alot about the system. I don't wish bad on anyone but she's in for a rude awakening it's going to backfire on her ...
If it hasn't already
Not sure HOW that could EVER be allowed to transport an inmate alone???
Wow… just wow.
Yes…Friday was her last day on the job for sure. She was terminated before her retirement papers were processed throughly though!
I don't think it's the states. I think it's the color of her skin
I think the guy will kill her at some point. He'll have his fun with her and take her $ tho before he likely kills her. She was only being used by this dude to escape.
All that planning she did (and I hope my assumption is wrong), only to find herself at the receiving end of her own weapon and her dreams of romance turned nightmare.

hmm, interesting 🤔 but they say he was her ex by the time he died but who knows
I think they had been divorced for a long time but he passed away recently. I doubt if he had life insurance it went to her after that long of a time divorced.
I read today an interview from her ex mother in law, and she said he died just this year in January of complications from Parkinson's. Not sure who had interviewed her though, it was via a phone call to her because I believe it said she was 88
Who were her direct supervisors and why do they still have jobs? Watch the movie Casino: The dealers watch the gamblers. The pit bosses watch the dealers. The floor managers watch the pit bosses. The security people watch the floor managers. Is that method so hard to do in a prison system? Instead you have dopes not paying attention to dopes.
Why wasn't the brown-skinned journalist allowed to speak?.. Even though he appeared at the beginning of the segment? Just asking the question. Does his name appear in the byline of this story? I presume he has been doing some journalism to further this story.
🤔 any one else confused with this reporting? After listening to this, I have no reason to wonder how they got away with it
I don’t get why she would throw her whole career out the window for some dude who will never be able to take care of her because he’s got life in prison!! What the f is wrong with her!?!

Dr. Todd Grande has an excellent analysis of how this happen and how this will end up
Dr. Grande is an articulate speaker but he is guessing on this one just like the rest of us.
He did do a good analysis on her possible motivations. His opinion. He offered other opinions which make sense in this case about the relationship and who is going to become less useful first.
The dry run worked on Friday
Get this corrected. I read of attempting escape and finding a gun. Which is correct? You people reporting need to stand corrected.
She had a gun on as part of her uniform when they left the jail. Then it was reported she may have had a AR-15 style rifle in the car, in addition.

What do you say to employees that has never got four rewards for their professional accomplishments, never got any rewards at all but remain loyal, honorable & professional as employees of the law enforcement for this day while highly rewarded ho orchestrated prison escape for a danger murderer, aided him and is harboring him and costing taxpayers a fortune in a national manhunt for two criminals now? How can you reward those other employees now?
Excellent points!! Well stated!!
All the other employees are thinking is how many more years until retirement.
Knowing it's not them
is probably reward enough.
you have to remember that we are dealing with some of the least educated people in the country.
@@wackyd9863 the primitive instinct in human’s animals ..this is so degrading to human kind. you are referring to those inmates, presumably because law enforcement people in many circumstances must have college degrees, many have masters and I’ve learn that LA Sheriff has PhD. They are intelligent people and that’s why Sheriff/Marshal/Secret Service and other agencies remain highly regarded (still in this crime’s hell hole). In this particular case what we are looking at its a “cozy country prison club” and that’s the environment where anything can happen because the “check & balances” system lapsed or was abandoned in favor of the “family environment” being taken advantage of. That’s exactly what the organize crime exploits - controlled environment. Now, he is being sent to all male, maximum security prison where some inmates die suddenly, prison’s guards (presumably male) are not a joke and there will be no access to 51/50 “mother/wife” no more….and more …we will see how this will work for him. he is destine to die in prison one way or another.

What escape attempt? This is a story of no meaning. Did the 5' 5" Asst Sheriff do a practice run with the 6'9" giraffe? Why did no one question the wisdom of someone 5'5" going with a 6'9" prisoner alone?
Vicky was an assistant director, not a lowly guard. She likely ordered the booking officer to ignore procedure by pulling rank from seniority.
She was the "hands on" boss at the prison. How many times does that fact have to be repeated?
Do you question everything your boss does?

Cannot believe she was visiting him for years in jail under fake IDs and none of her coworkers noticed anything.
Shit crazy
She was giving him extra food, ok, makes sense, he is 6'9" and 300lbs. An unfair fact of jails, some inmates get better treatment based on who they are, who and how active their family are and who they have as a lawyer(s). No one under her would have thought twice, she may have said, his attorney calling or family complaining, etc. You do not want to give a good attorney any ammo to use in court to get him off.
