와플속도 바싹한가요?
집에서 해먹었는데 밀가루냄새와 겉은 바싹해도 속은 빵식감 텁텁해서 와플의 매력을 못느끼겠던데. 반죽 비율에 답이 있겠죠??
한국은 다양한 waffle 전문점이 있어서 좋겠어요. 저 바싹한 식감과 샹크림의 부드러움 느껴보고 싶네요..
