Those turned out really cute! They’d be adorable in a nursery.🎈I can’t remember if I mentioned this to you before. But, I accidentally discovered an easier way of de-molding awkward pieces. I did 3 pours of the large 23oz. skull mold to give to our kids for Halloween. I’d seen several resin artists really struggle to de-mold them. I pour in my kitchen and planned on trying soapy water to get them out. But, then I noticed my silicone oven pad, it has a waffle texture and it’s great for gripping lids. So, instead I grabbed it and set the skull resin side down. The pad kept it from slipping and I was able to just peel the mold right off. I had to laugh, I was anticipating a battle!😂 Thanks for another great video!❤
I came on YT just to search any tutorials on this particular mold (I have the little one). I want to make a bunch of colors of them to for my grandkids to use as game pieces. So pleased to find your video. To keep my uv resin more bubble free during the cooler weather I decided to try something different than water. I’ve made “rice bags” for years and have found many uses for them because the rice holds heat so well. That sparked the idea to put rice in a container and heat it and set my bottle in there. It has worked wonderfully and is less messy than a bottle with water dripping off. I just make sure the outside of the bottle is clean so the rice is reusable/not contaminated. Hope someone else gives this a try.
I've been using a warm water bath lately when it's cooler in here, it works wonders for the micro bubbles as you're mixing and then letting it sit for a while. (actually it's kinda hot water lol) Seems so basic, but it works for me! The doggies are adorable!! Love the colors.
I used to always use warm water too.. then I started using the mat. But it takes forever... even when I lay the bottles on their sides. (well I use big bottles so I guess that makes sense. lol) I think it's time to go back to the warm water too! Thanks Linda ❤️
I do balloon animals and have wanted to buy these, but was afraid of demolding them . Thank you very much for showing me how to do this. I am going to make a few to set on my table when making balloon animals.
I have the teeny tiny balloon dog mold and I love it. I paint them with mica or chameleon powders and they turn out great. I've been looking for the bigger ones and just ordered them!
@@resinnut9335 You don't have to worry so much about bubbles and they look more like the original Jeff Koons art pieces. I can't wait to do the bigger ones!
Thank you so much Barb! 😊 It was fun getting my nails done.. honestly, I've never done the extensions or anything fun like that before! 😂 That mold is cute but could be sooo much better!!
With alcohol ink you should have started at 10 drops and went up from there. It doesn't have high pigment content. And if you poke a pin in the top you don't have to cut the tip off the bottle. 😊
I’m thinking if I should get these little guys! I’d get them and then be afraid to use them! I loved how yours turned out! My cousin is a dog groomer and would love them in her shop! Thinking, thinking! I’ll watch again tonight and decide. Robbie will ask if you put up another video anyway. I’ll just watch with him. They’re in my cart anyway. Are you an affiliate with Temu now? Thanks!! Later, y
You should! Hahaha. You know me, I won't talk you out of it. lolol. I am a Temu influencer, but I haven't done anything with the program yet. It's a bit complicated and extra time to upload videos to them before uploading to RUclips. So. yeah.. I ain't got time for that right now. 🤣 Have a good night my friend and tell Robbie Hi for me.
Oh my gosh, Barbara! I have a lot of dogs in my family!! 😅 We did shows in the 90’s! Amber, my daughter, was the handler for our Maltese! My cousin has been a groomer for over 40 years!
I have that same molds. The smaller one takes a little more that 4 ounces (2 ounces of A and B). I used Jdiction so not sure if this new stuff expands more or not.

You can open those bottles with a pin instead of cutting it.
Thanks so much Pam! I learn something new from you guys all the time. I appreciate that tip!! ❤️
Oops...I said this too. Sorry, I didn't see your comment. 😅
Super cute!
Sets of ink usually come with a pin thing
Awww! cute little doggies, bubbles and all!
Thanks Debra! ❤️ 😊

Hi Lyn! Thank you for watching and the rice bags are a great idea!!
Those doggies are adorable! I love them… I bet they would sell really well at craft fairs!
Thank you so much Kitz! Yes, I bet they'd be great sellers! :)
This was so much more fun to see a balloon dog. I love it 🎉 😅

@@resinnut9335 I measure out a and b and warm them separtely in the cups. It takes less time heating the cups
Me too. I warm A and B separately in smaller bottles.
Absolutely super cute. Love them.
Thanks so much Janice! 😊
Very cute balloon dogs, I love them.❤
Thank you Beverly 💓
Gorgeous love these little balloon dogs 👍
Thank you Mary! 💓
They turned out very cute! 😍
Thanks Elaine! 😊
So cute, love the colours. The large one is my fav......💝
Still loving your nails too 💝🥰
Thank you so much Belinda! 🤗 Time to go back in for my nails now.. I think I waited to long and will need to redo them. 🤷♀️
Love the balloon knot nose!!!!
Thanks Kim!! Haha ❤
Cute balloon pups.
Thank you Rebecca!! 💓
Try using a push pin, that's how I open mine. They're cute 💜
Thanks for the tip! Never knew that was possible.. the plastic seems thick but definitely will be easier! haha Thank you! 😊
I did get these molds and I’ve done what I thought I would! Haven’t made them yet!
Rewatching tonight encouraged, or influenced, me!
See you later. Y
So cute! I’m with you on cleaning the silicone mats
Right?! ❤️
Adorable 😍 so many colours to try.......
Thanks so much Mole 😊 I appreciate you! ❤️
Try using binder clamps to hold the molds in the center
I'll look for those! Thanks Lois! ❤️
Cute mold, and those colors are perfect! I didn’t really notice the bubbles that much. They are nice and transparent.
Thank you Vickie! ! 🤗
Sometimes the micro bubbles look like glitter 😁
Adorable
Thanks Tracy! ❤️
You could use binder clips I think they would be ideal.
Great idea Kathee! I'll see if I can find some. :)
@@resinnut9335 your so welcome.
Office depot, amazon or even Walmart should have them, I sent you an email with a link to them on amazon. Hope that helps. ☺️
So cute! I love the balloon dogs. I bought the very small mold.
Thanks Helen! I hope you enjoy it! :)
It’s a really cute mold design. Thanks for sharing ❤❤
Thank you Maddie! ❤ 😊
I use a pin to open my bottles but maybe I will try scissors. I only have the tiny balloon dogs. Love the large ones. So neat
So cute

Thank you for watching Rita! Let me know how they turn out. :)
I use a demold spray inside any tricky mold before I pour them. Works great.
Great tip Sherry! 👍 ❤️
I have the real small one that is a Keychain and people loved him! I'm getting the small you colored red. I think a close pin might work.
I bet that is so cute Marie! 😍
Love these ❤
Thank you Becky! ❤️
Very cute!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

Very cute 😍

Binder clips would work for that.
I look those up! Thanks Kimberly ❤️
How cute ! Never seen that mold before. ❤
Thank you Dian! 💓
They came out so adorable!!!!! 😄
Thank you so much! 💓

🎉Very cool 😎 😊
Thank you Gabrielle! 😊
Very cute❤
Thank you! 😊
Warm water with dish soap works great for demolding
Yes! I do that sometimes too! ❤️
Really love these they are adorable.
Thank you! ☺️
So cute 😊
Definitely adorable I may have to order those.
You so should! haha They're so fun to make! ❤️
The alcohol works for demolding...but just rolling the mold down and turning it inside out works best. 😊
Not sure that would work on this mold.. the hole is to small. Thank you for watching and for the comment! ❤️
Great job. If you use a gater clip from office supplies you might not have to clean up the underside of the dog. I really like the red one best. ❤❤
That's a great idea! Thanks Sylvia! ❤️
Try stirring only in one direction it will help to not get bubbles in your resins . The doggies are adorable 😊
Thank you WinglessAngel! 💓

I have the smallest balloon dogs from Temu. I have found the bottom half is Matt and the too half of shiney.
Also, soooo many mi ro bubbles.
Yes! That's how these are too!
Use a needle to open the alcohol ink. They are made to pierce not cut.
Great idea thank you!! ❤️
Cute dogs! Love them. I can see the molds are not the best, that is a small space to get the dogs head out of but you did good! Love your nails!!

Thanks Angel! :) 10 drops would have been way too much for the color I wanted for this one. But good tip for those wondering a good starting point! 👍

Let's Resin has a machine to take out the bubbles and a leveling tray you might want to look into
Superbe, ce pulverizați deasupra la rășina pentru bulele de aer?
That is the 91% Isopropyl Alcohol
@@resinnut9335 Mulțumesc frumos
Put your cups in warmish water to heat your resin up
I saw someone use bulldog clips on these.
Oh wow! I'll look at those.. Thank you! ☺️
Try bending the tips of the clips to clamp the top and hold the mold together in the middle.
Great tip!

i use a small clothes pin on mine. i have that is smaller.
Great idea Chris! :)
Will the rubbing alcohol trick work with demold jesmonite craft?
You know, I'm not really sure. I haven't tried that.. but if you do, please let me know how it works! :)
I wonder if removing the dogs behind first would help more.
Good idea Candy!
Per favore cosa contiene la bottiglietta con tappo bianco che spruzza negli stampi? Grazie.
That is 91% isopropyl alcohol. :)
Grazie
Cut the bottle with an xacto knife.
That would work too!
You can take a pen and stick it down in the top of your ink and poke a small hole in it and it does not do that
Oh gosh... I hadn't even considered that! Thank you!! ❤️
99.9% isopropyl alcohol is better for resin… that 91% has water in it and that is not good for resin… it causes pitting…
Thank you! I prefer the 91% because it's less harsh on my molds. Thank you for your comment and for watching. ❤️
