Imagine how much of a trainwreck your franchise must be that you have to spend a certain amount of money to avoid paying more money in penalties🤣 what a joke.
wishing the absolute best to the plouffe family and everyone affected by the LA wildfires 🙏🙏🙏 these firefighters are absolute heroes. fire departments in all surrounding states have sent crews, as well as mexico and canada. it’s a beautiful act of solidarity during such tragic times ❤️💔
wishing Trevor all the best. Katie is great - i’m not at all a Cardinals fan but have been regularly listening to the new podcast she’s on - she should be involved in Jomboy more.
'The A's finally doing business the right way?' No, it's basically telling a kid to clean their room or they dont get dinner.... It's the bare minimum lol
Raleigh over Rutschman any day. Power like that is always going to be a potential 850 OPS bat, and regardless getting 30 homers from your every day catcher is always going to be incredibly valuable.
That video of Lawrence Butler screaming after his homer lives rent-free in my head. Hope he has a great season. I hate John Fisher but love the players and manager.
Cal Raleigh deserves so much more than that for carrying the team on his back. No chance he resigns with my favorite team in free agency unfortunately. He deserves a big pay day and the Mariners will not give it to him
As a Dodgers fan who was never really pumped about the acquisition of Jack Flrty. I still believe that he was INSTRUMENTAL in the Dodgers WS win and grind through the playoffs. It's a bummer that he was rocked in his final WS start; completely warped his free agency and has erased all the good things he did for the Dodgers! I can't believe that he's still out there when soooo many clubs could really REALLY use him. He is a A+ #3 - #5 starter and a B #2. So yeah, why a team like the Giants are not in on him is fcking baffling
Hey Rosie there’s some apps out there that digitize old photos. We did it for my grandfather a few years ago and they turned out good. Probably even better options now
looking into the As non spending mess. I don't think MLB owners will ever agree to the salary floor, nor will the players agree to the salary cap. But implementing player salaries be equal to revenues sharing might be the sliver linings.
I like Katie Woo, but when she said "he's versatile, you can move him around the infield" about Gavin Lux I cringed. As a Dodger fan, no he's not and no you can't Katie. The Dodgers tried him in left to try and get him playing time and it was a circus. And then they tried him at shortstop (who his supporters would always claim was his "natural position") and he was so bad in spring training they moved Mookie there on the fly. He's an average to above average second baseman.
Watch the A's have a somewhat competitive season, while playing in limbo at a minor league stadium. I'm curious how that's even gonna look during their games, they're not OAK anymore, and they're not LV yet.
@@acelm8437that makes sense, it's freaking ridiculous though. We have 2 homeless teams this year, them, and the Rays are playing at the Yankees Spring Training facility. For completely different reasons though.
Can we stop pretending all these future hall of fame twilight of their career type players are going to teach everybody how to do what they did? They all know what to do these guys were just the best at executing it. Kershaw is my favorite player ever probably always will be but do you really think he’d be a better pitching coach than any of the coaches already in mlb? 7:31 I think their clubhouse presence and experiences are invaluable but these pitchers aren’t gonna just magically get better
JV probably still has some gas left in the tank though. I'm not expecting a great season, but if he can stay healthy, I bet he has a few vintage starts scattered through the season. And if SF can fight their way into the playoffs, it may end up looking like a genius move.
@@amonrodriguez3518I have a ton of respect for Randy for the transition too, imagine how hard it was to turn into a sort of finesse pitcher, after being one of the most dominant power pitchers ever. Clemens did the same.
You’re right. I hope all of the rich families don’t survive the fires. Hell yeah. What’s the net worth $$ amount I should look out for on who to not feel bad for? Like if someone makes less than what per year?? Let me know thanks man!
Dawg, we aren’t necessarily feeling bad for the property loss. We all know that the rich people will be able to find another place to live. What sucks is all the irreplaceable memories lost in the fire. Rich people also lost a ton of that stuff. It’s a tragedy regardless of who it happens to.
thinking about the Plouffe and Rose families out here, stay safe guys 💙

All the best, Trevor, and to all our friends, families, neighbors, and fellow citizens who are being impacted.
Best to T. Plouffe and hope to see all of you on Cards Territory.
Katie is a great guest host. Always love having her on
Katie Wooooooooooooooooooooooo 🎉
Wishing the best to Coach Trev and his family. Hopefully they’re doing alright and we can see him back talkin ball!
Trevor, Rosey, we wish you and the family nothing but the best and please stay safe
Thoughts with the Plouffe family and all those affected by the fires. Stay safe❤
The As are doing everything they can to not lose their revenue sharing and nothing else.
I hope Plouffe and family and everyone else in LA is okay.

Miss Woo, eye candy with baseball acumen...gotta love it. 🤘🏼⚾️
Cal Raleigh so underrated!! Great show 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thinking of y'all from 10 timezones away. Be safe.
We still get Katie even after Cardinals Territory began!!
As an A's fan thank you for not entirely pissing on my parade. I am so excited by the moves that David Forst has made so far. I love my team too.
Hoping the Plouffe and Rose families are safe & OK.

No one has it better than Cardinals fans; not for our terrible baseball team, but for Katie Woo
So glad that a little kid got the Skenes card like that. And best wishes to you guys, stay safe
Love me some Katie WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Hands down the best baseball analyst!
not hard on the eyes either
Best wishes to Chris and Trev and, of course, everyone effected by the fires. Be safe.
