I am so glad you are exploring close to home. It is so refreshing to have full timers publicly say “we don’t have a plan”. We never have a plan. Just ideas. It seems to be less stressful then having reservations and having to change them all. Anyway thank you for being real about that! It is encouraging!! ❤️❤️
Love your videos so much! Also love seeing Booth Bay and the old Lyman cruising through the harbor ( 23:03 ). I grew up where they made those wood boats ☺️ this makes my husband and I want to come visit the coast of Maine in our little travel trailer even more! Can’t wait to see more of your adventures!
Great episode! Beautiful scenery and villages...really liked the flash back to the girls as babies...Lilly sucking her thumb and Leila wondering where the heck she was! You guys have raised two wonderful young ladies...just know that you are both very proud of them. Thanks for sharing the journey.
100% agree on that glass cleaner! We have a can with us full timing and use it for everything from glass inside and solar cleanup, to cleaning 3D printer beds! Met you guys in Tampa, hope to run into y’all again sometime!

One of your best episodes really like it. This was not a blink twice and show is over, Actually started getting comfortable and it was not over, thanks for a very entertaining 😊 episode.
Great video! My wife and I spent our first full-time season in Searsport and this video brought back some great memories! We would recommend searsport shores, a wonderful campground with a pizza oven, fresh produce, and live music!
This was cool for us to watch as we stayed at the Boothbay Brewery last fall. They paved since we were there. Question......I was surprised to see Lily using glass cleaner on the solar panels. I was told not to use anything but water. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
I would love to go all the way up the east coast into Maine, but I have been worried that our coach, a 42' Class A diesel pusher, would be too big, but after seeing Phil and Stacy it gives me confidence we can make it too. 🙂
Love your content. Look forward to seeing you every week like an old friend. The video's and QUALITY of the video's, along with the stills BLOW everyone else out of the water. I went to the ART INSTITUE of ATLANTA for photography when I was young ( at 26 ) , left due to new career. Fell in love with black and white while I was there. YOU ROCK at what you do. Thank You !!!!!! THANK YOU !!!!!!! P.S. : I'm 64 now. Keep rocking it. There are so many places you want my bride ( yes I still call her that to this day after 34 yrs. ) that we would love to see that you all have seen. We are retired, so. FINDING OUR SOMEDAY IS TODAY !!!!!!!!! I know your lovely bride has an uncle if I remember right that has a bus service out of ROME, GA. That is about 25 minutes from us in Cartersville, GA. Do not remember you ever stopping by to see Stone Mountain. Good hike up, good day trip.
Great video! Cory's talking about low-light lenses and cameras reminded me of the one time I spent at the Pemaquid Point Campground. I had never seen so many stars in the sky as that night. There is a group area (big field) where you can lie on your back and look up into infinity. A really humbling experience. Some of the darkest skies on the east coast are in Maine. Best wishes to you on your exploration. Be safe and have fun!!
I just came across your channel and I am so interested to start watching. I’ve been through all of the states. I have family in cape Breton Nova Scotia and haven’t been there in so long. You are bringing back some beautiful memories. Thank you for sharing your trip with us.❤❤❤ well I guess I jumped the gun. Sorry that you’re not gonna be able to get into Canada. I am from Michigan and have an extended license that allows me to get in to Canada. It’s long as I’m driving cannot fly. I cannot take a train, but it still allows me into Canada, I will still watch your journey. This was an awesome video.
My niece lives on Washington Street visited her in 2002 was working on a ship then beautiful for sure she loves Bath we had some fab food there..I send her things from Mae's Cafe greetings from NC and just one more mile
Y'all have made me miss going to Maine. I told my husband now we need to go back. My Aunt use to have a house on Green Lake. Now I am waiting for your next video! Thanks for sharing your adventures! Semper Fi!
This is one of my all time favorite videos. My siblings and spouses are planning a 2 week adventure to Vermont with a jaunt to Maine in just over a month and this SO primed the pump! Thanks. You guys are awesome.
We’re in the same situation with our kids passports. Just realized this week that they expired last week. We have an 18 and 20 year old and now have passport renewal appointments in the next two weeks. Safe travels!
What a great video and a great time! I am glad we had the opportunity to meet you both. I watch your videos with a smile. I did notice that Angie is right. I have to get on a diet.
We love vacationing in Maine and Boothbay Harbor has been our favorite for years. We are from PA. We have not taken our travel trailer there yet so I am super interested in this episode.
Im a retired Navy Photographer 1971 to 1975 plus 5 yrs reserve time. First time watching your channel. I photographed the last two Moon Missions Apollo 16 and 17 recoveries aboard the USS TICONDEROGA CVA/CVA 14. As far as cameras go, I have used them all. I have two Sony Cameras, the A7r4 61 megapixels, and my new A7iv at 45 megapixels. For low light, the Sony is the best, in my opinion. I've only been to Maine once a couple of years ago, and I was alone .My wife could not come. We now have a 2008 31-foot class C and plan on heading out in a few weeks. Not sure where we're going to go. I did install one 200-watt solar panel and a Bourge charge controller with 4000 watt power inverter. I didn't go full solar like you have. Anyway, I'm long-winded here, so I like your post. I would like to return to Maine. We're both 72 and I just received my disability rating from my Navy Days Vietnam Era. That's all for now.
Love seeing Maine again! We visited family in Winter Harbor in 2016 and fell in love with the area. We were totally dazzled by the tides, even as Floridians!
We are from PEI, hope you guys can make it here. While some areas are still recovering from Hurricane Fiona, there are still lots of great sights and things to do. We love the coast of Maine , and try to get down there at least once a year. Agree, Rte 1 is a gem!
Happy Father's Day! Love Boothbay Harbor! We use to spend summer in that region (Southport Island) for many years, thank you for showing it. The coastal towns are the best! We will be heading to Jonesport Town Campground in a week. If you like rustic campgrounds and Lobster/fishing towns, you will like Jonesport. Also, Eastport and Lubec are a must stop too, and have nice campgrounds. Not far fom Jonesport, I think in Columbia Falls, there is a military equipment museum. Also in Columbia Falls is where the Worcester Wreath Company is located. They are the company that donates wreaths to the fallen heroes "Wreaths Across America". If I remember correctly, the owner of that company will be building the tallest American flag in US if not the world. From what I understand, when our Navy ships come back home via the northeast coast, that flag will be the first thing they can see are they near the coast. So, it is worth stopping in that region if time allows... Bummer about Passports. Not only kids passports expire every 5 years, but kids passports also automatically expire when they turn 16. Even if you got it 6 months before, the passport will still expire when you turn sixteen, so at a minimum, Leila's passport just expired. We are going through the same thing, having to renew our daughter's passport. Thank you for bringing back great memories and putting a smile on my face. Even though we are not Mainers, our hearts are there, and we visit the state every year. The locals Down East are awesome! Safe Travels!
Love that you're touring Maine! I'm originally from Maine, currently living in Northern Vermont. Watching the one on Boothbay Harbor, I'm coming over in July to help my mom with some stuff, planning on driving down to Auburn to visit my nephew, so I'm thinking we're going to go back to Bangor via Route 1. Making me so homesick!!
We thoroughly enjoyed your video on Maine. It brought back memories from our trip in 2018. I loved the tidal changes in the different fishing villages. Safe travels into Canada .
Great video. Working overtime to get this out. I’m on the west coast currently. You posted so late! We love Maine it’s our happy place! Our only daughter lives in Biddeford. Thank you for posting this!!
Another awesome episode! I knew Maine was beautiful, but just never realized just HOW much so it is! Glad to see you exploring your 'backyard' and finally putting to rest that old standby of 'I'll get to it someday'!! PS: Maybe get that right trailer tail/brake light replaced...LOL ;) Be safe guys!
I remember we took the kids camping just outside Boothbay with our pop up in 1982.There was a small railroad across from the campground that the kids really enjoyed riding on the rails. Then we went up to Acadia, toured the island and all the harbor towns. Maine is an awesome place. I always was scared driving over the old Bucksport bridge. Fort Knox was a great visit. We camped in Trenton for 5 months in 2004 when we started full time life in our 32’ 5th wheel. Worked in Bar Harbor as we were too young to stop working. Maine was always our go to trip spot from NH. This series brings back such great memories.
What a beautiful area the scenery is spectacular thank you for sharing. Hope you make it to our beautiful country Nova Scotia is just one of our great provinces & the people are very friendly. 🙂🇨🇦❤👍👍
Corey, just sent you content about me and the art institue of atl. What if you do a refresher course on the cameras you use and how you us each on in different situations. I am sure everyone is wondering why to use a phone camera, or Go Pro, or SLR. Which is better for different situations. You are the man. Speak loud and proud at let your peeps know. Everyone wants better pictures, keep it simple. No drones, just simple. Some of the best pics I have ever seen are a simple leaf with dew on it. Black and white photos. Infared blew my mind. You are so good at it, let your people know. Congrats to Lily !!!!!
You can hike , take whale watch and Seal watch cruises, go horseback riding at the stables, there are beautiful garden tours, Soutwest Harbor has good eateries, there is so much to do on Mt. Desert Isle. The lighthouses are wonderful. They have sailing regattas on Somes Sound, and a wonderful campground my family has stayed at. The Island is my favorite place on Earth, having grown up there. On the mainland, there is Lamoine State Park, and the Blueberry Barrens in Hancock and surrounding areas. Up North, is Baxter State Park, great for hiking, and some rafting on the lakes. Enjoy our Maine!!! I couldn't live anywhere else!!!
When I was growing up my family used to spend at least one week camping at Camden State Park every year. We would do the touristy stuff and go to the top of Mt Battie, day trips to Isleboro, and antiquing. Wonderful memories, thanks for sharing your drive!
I was lucky enough to visit Maine in 2011. We stayed in Bar Harbor but drove around to a few places. Just loved it! You’re right. The coast is amazing. We also visited Arcadia National Park. Coming from Scotland, it was a dream holiday I’ll always remember. ❤
Shoot! I just wore my one red shirt yesterday and it is in the wash. BUT, I’m going to start having my family do this. Thanks for serving. God bless our men and women in uniform! Also great music choices! And a very inspiring and energetic video.
INSTANT SUBSCRIBER!!! I'm from Vermont but love everything about Maine. Thanks for highlighting this beautiful area of this awesome State. BTW...Great drone footage!
What incredible timing! We're leaving at the beginning of August to drive the camper from Tennessee to Acadia and I'm so excited about this Maine content!
We have friends in Wells, Chef Norm. We'd go to Maine the weekend after Columbus Day and stay for a week. I made sure to get my daily dose of "lobsta" while we were there. Our greatest memory is when I was able to surprise my bride with a trip there, in the middle of summer, for her birthday. Chef made sure she had an awesome birthday dinner. Five courses around her favourite, lobster mac and cheese. Our last day there we stopped by for lunch on our way out of town. George 41 and his bride Barbara came in for lunch as well with their security detail. It was an interesting meal to say the least. Really enjoy your videos, keep them coming.
We're from PA, but we've loved traveling in Maine ever since our first trip to Moosehead Lake - Seboomook Wilderness Campground - 30 years ago. Our favorite place is Moosehead Lake. Camping at Lily Bay State Park is beautiful. We also liked Lubec and Quoddy Head State Park. I'm really looking forward to your travels. Thanks for taking us along!
Happy Father's Day Corey. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate change of plans and had to bypass Maine this year, but I'll be back up this way next year🙏🏻
You are definitely convincing us to take a trip out to Maine! Boothbay Harbor looks adorable! ❤ Harvest Hosts are definitely our favorite. That was Lane Orchards in Georgia where you stayed last. It was definitely our noisiest overnight Harvest Hosts experience, but a really cool store full of lots of delicious peach Yum Yums. 😋
We bought our GD Imagine last October 18th, the next morning we left Cape Cod and spent our 1st night at Boothbay Craft Brewery! Loved it there. The next morning, we went to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and then headed to Bar Harbor to visit my aunt. We'll be back 3rd week of August
Love the video, the content and that you brought your kids along. I do have one issue which is TOTALLY on me. I'm OCD and my big thing is fidgeting so getting me to sit still for 35 minutes is just painful. Please trust me I'm not one of those "pick apart every last mistake" commenters. I've seen videos of restoring grandpa's rocker or how to check your dog for hemorrhoids that went on forever, this is NOT one of them. Did I mention I'm not a total jerk? I wish I was there right now but I'd be driving you all bonkers. Stay safe.
I always wondered where the candle pin bowling pins went - used to go bowling at that alley as a kid. Glad they have a part of it. Shout out to Lincoln County, Maine! Great video - makes me *wicked* homesick.
Another great episode I’ve worked in Maine several times. But worked so much I barely got to see anything. It’s on my list to cruise the coast a explore in my fifth wheel so looking forward to it. Safe travels 🙏🏼❤️🤙🏼
Love red on Friday! Loved seeing the RV unplugged Stacy and Phill? The more I watch You tube the smaller the world is! Boothbay…there’s something about water! I live in Norfolk Virginia! Thanks for taking us along! Been there but you gave me a different view!
Stayed on Deer Isle for 16 weeks on a travel assignment. Worked in Blue Hill. Enjoyed the camp ground on Deer Isle and enjoyed exploring both Blue Hill and Stonington Maine!!
Route one takes double the time but the has all the scenic stops to enjoy. Beautiful Maine coast needs to be experienced by all. On your way back down it would be cool if you can see an adaptive sport session with Maine Adaptive. Not sure if you will be able to film but it’s great to see all the ways to Get Outside.
I got out of the Navy in June, 1994. Served in USS Ajax (AR6), USS Meyerkord (FF1058). SIMA San Diego, USS Pyro (AE24), Competent (AFDM6), USS Kitty Hawk (CV63), USS Waddell (DDG24), and, finally Fleet Training Center San Diego.
Ahhh Fluffinnutters....my hubby who grew up on long Island, still eats them lol. We went to Maine early May 2022 staying in Ellsworth visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. FYI not much is open the first week of May...including restrooms in Acadia lol. We also drove out to see West Quoddy Lighthouse before heading down to Portland and checking out some of Portland's lighthouses, eating at Two Lights. WOW....THE VIEW ....It was really cold for this Floridian girl, but too beautiful to eat inside. We can easily see why you love Maine. Now we if could just get picked for dinner at THE LOST KITCHEN!!! Thanks for sharing All the Maine Things.
Quick note on the Rokinon 12mm T-2.0. Toni and I run a production company and have a full set of Rokinon glass. 85, 50, 35 & 24 at T-1.5 and a 16mm at T-2.0. I do love their glass especially for the cost. However, you have to be careful with them when shooting WFO. They all get a little fuzzy on the wide and of the aperture. For instance with the T-1.5 glass I try to keep it between 2.0 and 2.8. Again I love the glass when to comes to price vs. performance, just do a few tests first and see where the sweet spot is. Great video BTW, love your guys stuff and really love your drone work!
I appreciate the advice! That’s what I read about this particular lens, stop it down a little , but for CA not so much it being soft. I essentially bought it as a “throw away lens“ I won’t it will just stay with Canon M6 to whoever gets it next (most likely Leila) . I bought it to tide me over until this fall when I get a new setup, hindsight I should have bought it 4 years ago when I first heard about it, I just didn’t think canon would abandon the M system so fast. The Rokinon is the only native wide fast lens for the M Mount. Sigma makes a nice AF 16mm 1.4 but it’s just not wide enough for a crop sensor. I have the canon 22 mm f2.0, but again it’s just not wide enough. I plan on getting the SonyA7C2 when it comes out in the fall , seems like it will be the perfect Hybrid shooter. I’m bummed it’s literally been cloudy every night since I bought the Rokinon so I haven’t been able to test it yet. Hopefully tomorrow night🤞
@@FindingOurSomeday I know what you mean about different mounts. I need to get an RF to EF for my R7 so I can use all of my Rokinon glass on it. I normally use them with our UrsaMini Pro but that's too big of a camera for our run and gun RUclips stuff. The Sony A7 is going to be a great camera for you. While watching this episode I literally said out loud "Get a Sonny A7" when you mentioned needing a low light camera. That thing basically sees in the dark. I edited a show a couple years back that did highlights of different restaurants in the San Diego and they shot all the night interiors with an A7. It was all shot in dark dining rooms and the footage was pristine. I don't know what kind of magic Sony puts in that camera but you can ISO the hell out of it and there's no grain!! Safe travels, and we look forward to more of your adventures!
We visited Maine before we got the RV. Flew into Manchester and drove all the way up to Bar Harbor before having to head back to Manchester. Saw Portland Headlight, tried to sail on a tall ship out of Camden but it was fogged in but we did sail out of another town. We stayed at a really cool lodge called the Sprucewold. In some port we saw the Bounty before it sank off the east coast in a storm. We saw great lighthouses along the way like my fav Pemaquid, but also Bass Harbor, Cape Neddick, and so so many others. One of my favorite things we did is to take a ferry to Monhegan Island and spend the night - they have a lighthouse too. Of course Acadia NP was great. We ate breakfast in Bar Harbor at a place called Two Cats and it was so great to have a kitty sit in my lap the whole time I ate breakfast 'cause I was missing my own. I'd love to go back.
Loved your video. Reminds me so much of our visit to Maine for our 25th anniversary about 4 years ago. Back to Boothbay Harbor, if you want suggestions, we stayed at campground there. But two unplanned surprises gave us some of our best memories… Edgecomb Pottery has so many wonderful items to give or receive as gifts. And the Eastern Maine Botanical Gardens was utterly fantastic. Allow more time there then what you think. We also visited the lighthouse that appears on the Maine quarter, and a beach where you could walk out to an island in low tide. We wanted to visit an Llama farm in BBH, but it was closed that day. But so many things to do.
We love Boothbay and the area! We had a great time camping and dining at the Brewery, as well. Maine is one of our most favorite vacation spots. We also love western Maine Rangeley Maine is spectacular! We go every year!
Great to scenes of Maine. I had tons of classmates who were P-3 Bubbas at Brunswick, so I always found excuses to fly a cross country there. We were camped at Colter Bay in Grand Teton two years ago in June. Spring doesn't arrive in northern Wyoming and we were parked underneath pine trees for two weeks that were shedding pollen 24/7. By the time we left there must have been an inch of pollen on the roof of our Tiffin and the solar panels had disappeared. Pretty gnarly. When we finally left and headed up to Yellowstone, we were trailing a bright yellow cloud for miles. Taking Sandy the Phabulous Phaeton up to Maine is definitely on the To-Do list.
I have now enjoyed your presentations from the start of u purchasing ur RV. Now caught up to current day. Great stuff and love the areas you have traveled too.
We will be staying at our first harvest host next month. We will be driving across Texas over in to Hot Springs Arkansas. I can't wait until we can make it up to Maine looks so beautiful. We have been using GoPro's for years. For a mic we use the Move VXR10 but get a lot of loud popping with the wind. Make sure to turn off the auto wind setting on the GoPro. We are going to be upgrading to a wireless Fulaim X5 for our next video. Great video stay safe.
So fun. This video just popped up in my feed. I did the same trip last year. Started at Boothbay Craft Brewery with Travels with Delaney campout. Bi loved staying there. Boothbay Harbor is so charming. Must do, in my opinion, is the Cabbage Island Clambake and the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. 🇨🇦👋
Well if I wasn’t homesick before watching the video I sure am now!! My grandfather was from Boothbay Harbor, my dad was from Harpswell and I grew up in OOB. I guess it’s time to go home for a visit. I love watching your videos.
We watched this video, last night... I saw you have the right brake light out on your trailer. We could see that when you were backing in at Boothbay Harbor Thousand Trails site.
Maine is beautiful, we honeymooned in Bar Harbor 22 years ago. Brewery looks very cool, adding to out bucket list. Thanks for sharing and safe travels.

Maine is so beautiful. I love the architecture the water. The boats. I can’t wait to go there ❤❤
We thoroughly enjoyed your video on Maine.
PS: Maybe get that right trailer tail/brake light replaced...LOL ;)
Be safe guys!
Another great video! Thanks for the Maine content, Happy Fathers Day!
All I got to say is OMG! Thank you so much for the beautiful views of the harbors. Love your Chanel!
Love your videos! When you were backing up the trailer at the end of the video do you have a brake light out on the passenger side under the ladder?
Maine looks amazing! We’re definitely going to check it out!
At 34:10 you have a brake light out. 🛑🛑🛑🚨🚨🚨
This episode auto ran after a Keep You Day Dream episode. Very cool to have found you all. Cant wait to watch more.
🙌auto play! Stoked you found us! Mark and Trish are good people 😎
What incredible timing!
We are from MA living in VA and I agree the Maine coastline is gorgeous!
Happy Father's Day Corey. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate change of plans and had to bypass Maine this year, but I'll be back up this way next year🙏🏻
You are definitely convincing us to take a trip out to Maine! Boothbay Harbor looks adorable! ❤
Harvest Hosts are definitely our favorite. That was Lane Orchards in Georgia where you stayed last. It was definitely our noisiest overnight Harvest Hosts experience, but a really cool store full of lots of delicious peach Yum Yums. 😋
Another reason to watch you guys beautiful scenery we can’t wait to go from Florida to the same areas thank y’all again 👏
I have great memories of the Maine coast when camping as a teenager.
Happy father’s day!
Thank you 🙏😊
Thanks guys for your video. We would love to go and visit Maine someday. You guys always make the places you go look so enjoyable.
Loved seeing your beautiful home state of Maine! Hoping to make our way out that way next year. Continued safe travels to you all! ❤
Love red on Friday! Loved seeing the RV unplugged Stacy and Phill? The more I watch You tube the smaller the world is!
Boothbay…there’s something about water! I live in Norfolk Virginia!
Thanks for taking us along! Been there but you gave me a different view!
You guys are great! I love your positivity. You inspire me to be excited about using my Rv.
Stayed on Deer Isle for 16 weeks on a travel assignment. Worked in Blue Hill. Enjoyed the camp ground on Deer Isle and enjoyed exploring both Blue Hill and Stonington Maine!!
We love how Harvest Host has changed our travels! Great video guys!❤
It was so nice to meet you. I love how you highlighted Boothbay Brewery and RV park. Happy Trails 😊
I love Maine. Freedom, Maine has The Lost Kitchen and I tried years ago to get reservations. Camden is sooo beautiful. I love that area.
It’s about time you showcased your beautiful state!!!
We love Boothbay and the area! We had a great time camping and dining at the Brewery, as well. Maine is one of our most favorite vacation spots. We also love western Maine Rangeley Maine is spectacular! We go every year!
I ❤Maine! Last time was the summer of 2018, this will be our first time going up with an RV.
Years ago, I sailed a schooner out of Camden for 5 days. Fabulous time. The Lewis B French is a famous schooner from there.
I have now enjoyed your presentations from the start of u purchasing ur RV. Now caught up to current day. Great stuff and love the areas you have traveled too.
You guys are having a blast. So cool.
Excellent Video. Enjoying The Tour Very Much. Love The Picture From Your Early Years. Thank You.
You represented your n state in an outstanding manner. Digging the music. Thank you.
I have been to Boothbay Harbor. We didn't have much time, so this was our quintessential Maine coastal town. We loved it! Can't wait to go back.
🇨🇦👋
Has anyone commented that one of your taillights is out? There is always something to fix on an RV! Have fun!!
My parents traveled up that way with friends in their RV about 20 years ago. I remember that they visited Boothbay Harbor and really enjoyed it.
Awesome video! Loving the east coast adventures.
I love your videos and now I have to check my passport! aaaand your right brake light is out!
Maine is beautiful, we honeymooned in Bar Harbor 22 years ago. Brewery looks very cool, adding to out bucket list. Thanks for sharing and safe travels.
